Great size of house, spacious kitchen diner and bedrooms. Bonus was each bedroom had ensuite showers. Very clean overall, crisp white bed linen. Towels and were also provided. The view was beautiful from the main room, looking out over the river. Owner kept in contact before arrival, which was a great personalised touch.

Great location, close to everything. SuperValu literally a minute walk away, and nice to be so close to the river. Park with children's playground just past the supermarket.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Communication with the owner was excellent—quick, friendly, and very responsive to any questions we had. When we noticed that the heater wasn’t working, he addressed the issue right away, and it was fixed. which we really appreciate.

Cottage was immaculately clean. Milk and bread provided. Marie had the stove lighting and the heating on so it was cozy and warm. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Our second time in Barrow Lane. We had a great time. Cannot beat the location. Right in the centre if town, with pub and supermarket right across the road. Playground and shop also super close. And of course the Barrow river that offers peaceful walk to next village. I think we'll be back for a third time soon.
Very clean, quiet place, closer to all the amenities. Nice warm house you want to come and relax. The village is historical and beautiful. Make sure you go for a boat ride also for a walk, there are many hidden gems. A nice pint in the local pub will not disappoint you.
Bryan and Martin have created a tiny village surrounded by lush, green, fragrant gardens. The grounds are stunning—filled with flowers, herbs, trees, and songbirds. The apartment had everything one needs for a short stay. Breakfast which is stocked in the refrigerator is fresh and delicious. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, including picking us up at the train station. I highly recommend a stay at Kilgraney house.
The “Home-away-from-home.” atmosphere. Every little detail is considered, Even the lighting outside highlights the beauty of the grounds, bathed in the moon light. Had a lovely meal at the Lord Bagnal, exceptional and in the village close by. Thank you Mairead and Tony, superb.
