The house is beautiful and perfectly located so close to the beach. It is fully equipped and there is restaurants around that you can reach out to for breakfast or lunch or dinner which was very convenient. The bikes were great and Joe was literally the best host we could ask for. We had an emergency in the middle of the night and he came to help us immediately: thanks again Joe, much appreciated!

Our holiday at Dunia was just perfect.
We received the warmest welcome and got all the information we needed to have a relaxing holiday. The communication over Whats App was always fast and every question got answered immediately.
The villa was spacious, clean and had the most amazing view you can just imagine. We loved spending quiet nights watching the sunset and had full privacy. The biggest plus is how friendly everyone was. We got breakfast every morning in the villa and the crew greeted us with the biggest smile. Also the breakfast was delicious and we couldn't wish for more.
We had a scooter and either day or night we felt absolutely safe riding down the road to Selong Belanak.
Our airport pick up was arranged perfectly and our driver was so nice, I even wished the drive would have been longer because we had such nice conversations. Dunia is a real gem and we are happy we found this place. We can't wait to return.

It was very clean, open and tastefully decorated in a style we like. Lovely floors, awesome bedroom and bathroom was very nice, large too. Plenty hot water, spacious and a delight. Bed was very comfy, air con was very welcomed in the December humidity. Living space was open to be air, and had a big fan, which is all you need. Has abtv, but we never used it. Good to have a bar fridge for essentials. Great space to work on the high bench overlooking the pool, plus the bedroom has a desk and office chair, to work on your travel blog or whatever. Great in the air con too. Victor the host was great, very helpful and kind. He's Spanish and lived here for 7 years. He also owns Mangoes resort and restaurant a short walk from Palm Mera.Good food, awesome views and sunsets to marvel at. Staff are so helpful and kind too, anasset to the business. Rented a bike for 80k formthe day. Petrol is 15k a bottle, slightly more than Bali prices at 10k. Staff organised a taxi for us to the airport too. Takes about 30 mins and cost 250k. If you want privacy and comfort and don't like resorts, this is the place to stay. It's safe and secure. Good location to go exploring all the beaches close by. Don't miss the sunsets from Selong Belanak beach too... Amazing.

Had a fantastic stay at Pandan Villas. The villa was beautiful with private pool and outdoor kitchen and living area. Bedrooms with AC were extremely clean and comfortable with spacious bathrooms. With free bikes available for everyone, the trip to the beach is very convenient. Less than 5 mins. Joe was extremely helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed as well as arranging for things like scooter rentals.

Sempiak have found the right balance- high quality accommodation but fitting into the environment not changing it. The villas are surrounded by beautiful gardens and nicely spaced so that there was a sense of privacy.
The staff were very professional and so friendly. We especially want to thank Nunung at reception and Boyong (not sure of spelling) at the Beach Club. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and enjoy our stay.
Our stay at Boni Villas was great. The villa is beautiful with modern interior design and comfortable beds. Having access to full hotel services such as the amazing restaurant and bar, massages and also house keeping made it a truly luxurious stay.
