Ignore the over exaggerated list of facilities, and know that not all the photos belong to this house, and you will experience the cutest little house with quite possibly the nicest hosts you could ever meet. They simply couldn't do enough for us, even making breakfast once, which we quickly declined after the first morning when we realised that it was a cooked on site breakfast not a delivered box of pre packaged food. The house is in a quiet out of town place so own transport would be useful. The nearest shop contains everything bar real food. Bedroom two is probably best suited for children. A second adult couple would struggle.
The facilities are very good, not as per the listing but you do get, kettle, sandwich toaster, water machine, a washing machine of sorts. And a fridge freezer. There is a good tv with netflix option. Sufficient crockery to get by. Only one knife though? We really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was amazing, very peaceful and relaxing Villa. Have installed Starlink so the Wifi was excellent, even streaming onto the TV which is great, Netflix for free.....staff and villa both brilliant

The location was beautiful and it’s good value for money if you would like to relax since their villas have private pools. Special thanks to the venue manager Rahman, for making sure that we have a comfortable stay, and taking care of our needs. We would like also to thank our friendly driver Zul, for accommodating our itineraries and bringing us safely to our destination. And to all the wonderful staff of Sunset Bay, we are grateful for your warm hospitality. We had a wonderful time, just what we expected when we chose to book the place.
We randomly arrived to this hotel, and what a surprise. The facilities are amazing, super cute and well maintained, villas are comfy as well.

The staff were amazing, lovely friendly helpful people. They helped us to organise a beautiful dinner for my partner's birthday and helped us to celebrate it too. We stayed in a hill top villa with private pool, the view is incredible. Beautiful place. Highly recommend the snorkelling trip to a local island with coral reef, and a nearby floating restaurant for seafood lunch.
Hill side villas had extremely great view, an enjoyable private pool, wide facility, nice nights with candles.
You can eat delicious foods in room, delivered from it's restaurant. There were 3 morning menus and all of them were outstanding.
Monkeys and birds came to the pool, so I enjoyed to watch them.
