It's a pleasant stay for 2 families together with good space, 4 bedrooms, and a private pool for kids to play. The house is abit of rundown but overall is fair. We enjoyed the secluded and serenity surrounding. The unit is fully equipped. It comes with free tidbits, drinks, water dispensers even insect repellent. The pool is clean the kids enjoyed playing alot. The house is 5min grab ride away from nagoya hill mall where you can get everything including massage.
Seamless check-in and out with clear instruction via whatapp. Staff were super responsive. They delivered toilet papers, got a technician to check on aircon, and even delivered water refilled at 11+ pm unexpectedly upon request! They are literally one text away! Kudos to good service!

4. Omelette chef automatically checked in with us if we would want what we ordered yesterday. Wow! He served it to us once ready. I didn't expect such hospitality.

Location was great! There was a short cut to the Nagoya Mall. The stairs are no problem to use since it is only a short flight of 14 steps or so.
Ambiance and rooms are clean and luxurious feeling. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast is amazing since we are not expecting just western food. The rendang and local food were amazing too!
It was an awesome experience that was enough for us to make this our de facto hotel when we are in Batam!
Luxury Look Alike Hotel , But parking was very hectic as hotel kn next floor either you have to take stairs or drop off at lobby first those with heavy carrier/items.
We use to visit nagoya mansion since view years ago before covid . Was confortable (place, staff ok).
But now all different. Missed the old time place and staff was good.
The service the staff provided was exceptional. First, we were welcomed and given complimentary apple juice and when we told the staff that we would have to leave early the next morning, they arranged a breakfast box for us. The bed was also very comfortable. The room was clean, big and luxurious. Would definitely stay at Swissbel again if we come back to Indonesia.
