The house was spacious and nicely decorated. We loved the beautiful garden with magnificent view at the Balaton lake. There was plenty of equipment in the house just as washing machine, microwave oven etc. Also the owners are especially hospitable and friendly- absolutely recommended.

Hello, I liked everything! the house, the location on the hills, the house's amenities, a sauna and a heated salt barrel, I also really liked it. The location is fabulous, there is silence all around, views of the vineyards, mountains and Lake Balaton, we couldn’t have dreamed of anything better, we just found ourselves in a fairy tale. The hostess is very nice and kind. I have a desire to return and continue my experience.

The view was amazing. And despite of being away from the beach the location was great and the pool was a great alternative to the beach. We actually walked to the beach and it was very doable although on the way back it’s quite steep the view made up for it. The facilities were great and suitable for a large group. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and we were very happy with everything!☺️

Great location in a beautiful small village. Close to the lake. Many sleeping places. 2 bicycles are available for guests which is nice bonus. Wonderful small grocery with fresh bread and pastries for breakfast 10 min walking from the house. The host is very responsive and helpful, gave us many local recommendations
Staying at Villa Kabala is a unique experience that I can recommend to all who like the north shore of Lake Balaton and enjoy fine dining. The location of the property high on the hillside ensures it is quiet with an amazing view overlooking the lake. The kitchen is listed in the Michelin guide and lived up to its reputation - we had amazing meals every time we sat down in their dining room.

We are so happy we took the 6 course degustation menu, it was the highlight of our stay. The dinner was then followed by a superb breakfast. Villa Kabala has definitely spoiled us with some great culinary experience, friendly staff and a really nice view over the Balaton.
