I have no words to describe how beautiful is this apartament! Everything was great, wonderful place, we have everything that we could wanted and even more! Location is perfect, quiet place, but in near location to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from room. Everything was clean and well prepared for guests. The perfection of this villa is beyond my plain language to describe....
In addition to the four bedrooms, the spacious living room is connected to the baking room, and there is a jacuzzi outside. The parking space is very spacious, and it is no problem for us to park two cars.
The host has a very good taste in decoration, and my wife is very satisfied with the kitchen, which has everything you need. What is particularly commendable is that in addition to a variety of seasonings, the hostess has kept squid, apple juice, and milk in the refrigerator. We also found rice, I don't know if it was prepared for us because we come from the East. We are very cheeky to try them all, with the perfect kitchen to support, the dinner that day can be called perfect.
In fact, we decided to stop in Zadar on a whim, so it is beyond imagination to find such a perfect villa.
Of course, under such circumstances, cannot ask oo much for a short distance to downtown. Fortunately, parking in Zadar is very convenient (there are many theoretically free), so commuting from the villa to Zadar is not a problem.

Everything was great, accommodation was new, modern and clean. We liked swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Beach was nearby, approx. 3min by walk. If there was some problem, it was resolved by owner immediately. We recommend breakfast because of no possibilities to eat somewhere nearby. Only a few restaurants there.

The vila is great! Tidy, clean, absolutely no minuses. Each room has its own bathroom, the beds are large. The hosts have thought out all the details of what a guest might need - even dishwasher capsules could be found. For those traveling without a car, it is convenient that there are public transport stops near the villa.
The villa is modern and quite big. The best place is the kitchen with opening windows right into the pool and terrace. Also a sitting room with comfy sofas which are very needed in rainy or chilly days)

We almost don’t want to write this review so we can keep it our own little secret 😁 Stunning interior, wonderful and kind staff, clean and luxurious, located near Nin and close to Zadar which are two of the most romantic and stunning towns in Croatia. The Villa is really nice, there are space for everybody with a big kitchen, dining room and living room too. The kitchen is well equipped. All the rooms has a bathroom (one of the on the corridor) which is great and comfortable. Next to the Villa there is a "garden kitchen" with terrace, grill possibility, and a laundry room with a toilet which you can use if you are in the garden or in the pool.
Very beautiful villa, very well equiped with all you need. It has a great swiming pool, that we loved and also a lot of space outdoor and indoor. It is situated in a quiet area and you have the posibility to go to the beach by foot. You can find good restaurants, a market and a bakery nearby.
We had a great time at this villa and he highly recomand it.
