I stayed at Maksimirhouse with my husband and son, sister and mother. This accommodation is tastefully furnished, comfortable, and clean.
The host was very helpful even before we arrived. Everything that would make one's stay feel like a home away from home was considered. Facilities were great.
The area felt safe and quiet, and a short drive into Zagreb. It's also walking distance to the Tram stop into the center.
I had no complaints at all.

The location was very close to the airport making it easy to pick up our rental car the next day from the airport. The hotel was located in a pretty quiet village. The staff were very obliging and breakfast was great with lots of choice and a coffee machine.
I loved the location, in a peaceful village outside Velika Gorica, quite close to Zagreb. It allowed us to reach Zagreb quickly, but also to explore other places - we were impressed by the nearby wooden churches characteristic for the Turopolje region. The hosts are exceptionally kind, and we knew we could ask them anything. The house has its own parking, it is in a quiet area, there is a shop nearby, and the surrounding nature is beautiful. The apartment is very spacious, on the ground floor, well heated, with a fully equipped kitchen.
Read a lot of mixed reviews for this place. Don’t be fooled, it’s a cool spot, stylish and swanky. Someone put a lot of work and vision into designing the spaces, our room was gorgeous & had a sort of ocean/underwater theme that was really nice and soothing. We only stayed there because it was close to the airport and looked okay, but it was way better than that. Facilities were quite luxurious, really nice bathroom and one of the comfiest beds we stayed in for the whole vacation. Quiet area too.
Very organised accommodation, with detailed information before and during arrival. We made a stop there during our big trip from Austria to Greece and it was very easy to find it from the highway. A very quiet Village and neighbourhood next to Zagreb, safe private parking, and options to make a delivery to eat and Smart TV. We didn't need anything else.

Handy to airport but in a nice quiet village. Apartment is in the home of a friendly and helpful family. The apartment was superbly equipped with essential foods,snacks, coffee, milk etc. Exactly what was needed to recover from 46 hours travel from across the world! Proper shutters that block out the early morning light. Washing machine and drying rack for those stinky airplane clothes.
ideal location very close to the airport in an actual village, quick and efficient drop on drop off to the airport by hotel chartered shuttle (for an affordable charge), good big room with all the necessary facilities. Overall pragmatic but smiley service.
This place is so close to the airport. I arrived very late and they still waited up for me. It was such a comfortable apartment with everything including a washing machine. It was more than I expected. In a great little village with it's own shops and history. I wish I could have stayed longer but for a tired traveller arriving in the middle of the night it was absolute luxury. Such a nice surprise.
