Both the property and the location are simply amazing! First we planned to travel frequently to the “main” land or other islands, but then felt so comfortable and in peace, that spent most of days by the villa, enjoining the nearest beaches, the pool and gorgeous view on the sunsets. Property is very well maintained, has everything you need even for the longer stay, and was spotlessly clean. The contact with the owner was great, we got a number of useful tips of what to do and where to go.

This property has an amazing location, right on the water with access to the water via the garden. The terrace is very spacious and we spent most of you time on the terrace looking at the great vista. We had use of bikes which we used daily.

It is a bit far from Preko, but we loved walking that distance everyday just by the sea and admiring the nature. It was very enjoyable and I would definitely choose this location again. The apartment was well equipped and we had everything that we needed. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, even gave us a lift to the ferry on our last day.

The house is very comfortable even for two families and absolutely fits the description. The owners are very kind and take care of all details (e.g. enough coffee for both coffee machines). The place is VERY quiet, the area is full of figue and olive trees. The beaches are better to be reached by car (5-8 mins depending of the beach). Strongly advised!

It exceeded our expectations, a very cool place with a beautiful view, an amazing villa that can comfortably accommodate two families with children, and of course, a gorgeous pool. Overall, everything was great.
The apartment is superbly arranged and very luxurious, comfortable and spacious. Spectacular. It has two balconies with a beautiful view of the bay and a wonderful sunset, an additional possibility for relaxation. I can say with certainty that it is the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness is impeccable and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Excellent location. The beach is right across the street. Super!

Everything. This eas the most beautiful house I ever stay, every detailes in the house have owner spirit. Amazing owner who was so helpful 24/7. House have evertything you need. I was in many villas but this one is special. And the village Muline is heaven on the earth. Beaches are like blue lagoon and restaurants are amazing. You can swim, you can walk, you can drive a bike. Best holidays ever for real. This is one of those houses and islands that you cant wait to come back.
Villa Maris hasn't stolen it's name and has a unique location and combo with apartments and a swimming pool in a beautiful bay, with the sea water just 10m away. You can swim, dive and snorkel away, every day, in a quiet and lovely bay. Not crowded, just perfect. If you need anything, your host Stephan is super friendly. If you wanne go out and eat in a small port, go to Kažot Muline just 6 minutes away in another gorgeous bay loved sailors.
Tea and coffee is available all the time and shops are near by. Food was not part of the package, but there is a fully equipped kitchen! Nice and clean, and an unique experience to live in a 500 year old house in a village, close to everything and quiet at the same time!
