Unexpected rain and cold ruined our trip to the lakes but Tommy made sure we arrived at a warm, cozy cabin. Fire made, jacuzzi on temperature and beers in the fridge. The cottage is wonderful with everything you need in the small but well equipped kitchen, upstairs are the bedrooms and from the balcony you have a lovely view of the surroundings. Restaurants are within walking distance and grocery shopping is a 5 minute drive away.
We have found a little home away from home. Lovely.

The location was so stunning, its a beautiful place.
Host are very friendly, helpfull and kind. Felt like be part of a family. Room was quiet, very clean. Has airconditioner, hairdryer, small fridge, safe. Around is a big garden with places to rest, grill, enjoy the nature. Parking is free and have a lot of spaces. Registration is at Villa Velebita, where we received a welcome drink. (Food also great there.)

It really is a little village! Everything is modern, clean and very well maintained. Very quiet location within reasonable distance of the Plitvice lakes. Good wifi, even at the poolside, a lot of things to do, for free, including tennis court, minigolf, use of bicycles. Room also fine, and so are bathroom and shower. Personnel is really friendly and helpful. Lots of parking space, sunbeds, realy enjoyed our stay!
Location was good , breakfast and dinner were excellent and the staff were genuinely interested and helpful.
Pool and other facilities were well looked after . The Village was quiet as we were out of season but I can imagine it could be lively once schools are on holiday.
Everything you would want for an adventure. The restaurant, facilities, room and staff are all excellent which makes the village a beautiful place to be.
The staff was friendly and the area was so remote and peaceful. This was the first hotel to give us a complimentary "welcome drink"! Although the area is more rustic, the villas are well maintained and modern. The water pressure in the bathroom was nice and strong.
The natural surroundings. Awesome views and great facilities for the kids. It is quiet, away from any circulation but still very easy to reach Plitvice park.
The restaurant in the village is good with good prices.
The mini fridge in the room: too small to hold multiple drinks and picknics before the hikes but very good for one or two.
A beautiful chalet with hills and stream in backyard. The property was very very clean and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is also wheel chair friendly - which is so nice and so rare to see with vacation homes. The host was easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful chalet, even though the hot tub was not available during the season ww went in, we did not miss it :) The surrounding rustic village was great for walks with our dog. Very close to bakeries and supermarkets yet a remote location feel.
