The Villa is absolutely beautiful down to the tiniest detail. It's very well stocked, the kitchen is beautiful, the pool is really nice, the beds are comfy, and the wine selection is perfect.
House is well equipped, newly refurbished in centre of small village with cosy interior, has everything needed for vacation; pool was total hit for our daughter and we could chill on terrace. Owner welcomed us and gave short information about property, surroundings (restaurants etc) and was available for all our additional questions during our stay. Good location for peaceful holiday, restaurant in marina on foot distance as well as grocery store and beach bar/beach. Highly recommended, we sure will come again.
The apartment is very nice, I can say amazing. It is very spacious, well equiped (washing machine, dish washer, barbeque equipment, garden, dishes in kitchen,...), and, what is important to us, it is very clean. The owners are kind and give you privacy and peace so you can really enjoy your vacation. And at the end, what to say about Sutomišćica - amazing small village with beautiful beach that is not to crowded and with one of the best sunsets I have ever seen! Highly recommended! 🙂
The house was fully equipped with everything needed for a stay. Marina (owner) is also very willing to advise and help. Sutomiščica is a small village with the one shop, restaurant and beach bar. There is also the Olive Island marina with the excellent restaurant. If you need more civilization, you can find everything in Preko, which is about 3 km away.
The villa was absolutely fantastic. Quiet and peaceful and the location is perfect. The sea was really close, the pool was clean and good size for relaxing. The owner was really kind and helpful. I can suggest this villa, who want a fantastic, relaxing holliday.
Lovely renovated little villa - perfectly clean, comfortable, stocked with essentials and well equipped with all you could wish for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the outdoor pool, the relaxation area and the beautiful lavender flowers. The host is very warm, friendly and very supportive. We had a perfect and very relaxed stay! We would highly recommend and love to come back again!
