House is not far from sea. It is old house, but nicely reconstructed. Situated in area with pleasant comunity of local Croatians. Very calm place. There is parking place dedicated directly to the house not far from it. There was all equipment needed for our stay. Every floor is generally one room + bathroom and steps going to another floor. So it is not suitable accomodation for eg. seniors, wheelchair etc. Top floor is kitchen + living room + terrace with nice view to the sea. Owner is very pleasant and helpfull. Key handover is contactless via small safe locker.

This is an extrordinary well-equipped guesthouse on three floors with extremely nice owners! The house is situated in a narrow street from which it is only a short walk down to a picturesque beach.

Stara Baška is a small village, therefore the beaches are not crowded, so you can really enjoy the beautiful sea.
The apartments are located several steps uphill, so the view is also impressive.
Simply, you do not need to walk too far to find a nice place at the sea.

We loved the big terrasse with the sea view and spent the majority of time there or on the beach. The apartment is newly renovated will all the amenities you need. The beautiful semi-private beach is really close to this location, just down the stairs. The owner is super kind and the village is like a little paradise

The property was recently refurbished and excellently positioned close to the town beach and also secluded beaches from behind. Parking on site was plentiful. Balcony overlooked the old village.
