Traditional Holiday House is charming, cosy place located only few steps from the sea. It offers privacy and few gorgeous outdoor spaces: a patio, balcony and a yard with shower (and turtle 😊). It is a bit far from Preko, but we loved walking that distance everyday just by the sea and admiring the nature. It was very enjoyable and I would definitely choose this location again. The apartment was well equipped and we had everything that we needed. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, even gave us a lift to the ferry on our last day.

The house is very comfortable even for two families and absolutely fits the description. The owners are very kind and take care of all details (e.g. enough coffee for both coffee machines). The place is VERY quiet, the area is full of figue and olive trees. The beaches are better to be reached by car (5-8 mins depending of the beach). Strongly advised!

The location was perfect. The house is located near the sea with beautiful view from the terrace. The hosts are really friendly. It is 5 minutes away from the port with many restaurants and playground.

The villa was extremely well equipped and had really good facilities, the pool and BBQ areas were great, the kitchen was also great, with a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. We also really liked the mountain bikes, which were good for exploring the island! Also arriving to a few beers in the fridge was appreciated! Overall can't recommend enough, thank you very much!
We stayed for three nights at this beautiful, quiet place and loved it. It is a family owned property and they take very good care of both the guests and the property. The small village just a few minutes walk away is also so pittoresque and if you walk along the beach you will reach a nice sandy beach. The property is about 2 km away from the Zadar ferry, so if you have luggage I suggest you book a taxi in advance, since there are only 3 taxis on the island.
