Very nice staff and a beautiful place! Close to and easy to get to Dubrovnik by bus, but still in a small village with a lot of charm. Room and utilities great, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Different nice walk trails and swimming places near (Zaton, Slano and Mjlet)
We loved everything about the villa - it was beautiful, spacious and immaculate. As well as perfectly located for the little walkable beach, the local shop with fresh bread and the lovely Platan bar within a 2 minute walk.

Fabulous hosts. Breathtaking views and lovely accommodation. A small swimming pool to cool off in, and a sample of village life in Croaia. There is a bar and shop 20 minutes walk into the village, and hosts Maria and Stefan are exceptionally helpful, with local information. We didn't have a car, but the bus stop is only 10 minutes walk away if you want to travel further afield. Or you can just chill by the pool and take in the outstanding scenery. Accommodation was perfect for what we needed.
We had an absolutely fantastic time here. You will need a hire car. An absolutely gorgeous villa in a stunning location, just 20 minutes from Dubrovnik. The hosts are on site if you need anything, but you wouldn't know you were there. The hosts we absolutely fantastic, sorting out any need or question we had. Exteemly kind, local people who just want you to have a great time, thank you both! Would definitely recommend!
Our stay at Villa Garden Rose was an exceptional experience. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience by arranging excursions, shopping experiences, and transportation. Their hospitality extended to a personal pick-up from the airport, along with providing insightful tips and tricks to enhance our visit. The residence itself was perhaps the most exquisite we have had the pleasure of staying in. We are unequivocally looking forward to our next visit.
The location was fantastic with wonderful views. The nearest beach at the Sun Gardens resort was a short walk.
The villa was very comfortable and the hosts were very helpful. We enjoyed a wonderful boat trip organised by the hosts cousin and would def recommend staying at Villa Sunce!
