It is a bit far from Preko, but we loved walking that distance everyday just by the sea and admiring the nature. It was very enjoyable and I would definitely choose this location again. The apartment was well equipped and we had everything that we needed. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, even gave us a lift to the ferry on our last day.

The swimming pool was amazing, the water was pristinely clean. The host was very nice, quick to reply and very helpful. Big, spacious bedrooms and nice living area to socialise in, outside shutters in the bedrooms to block the early sunshine.

Hard to find to begin with but the host gave us a live location to be able to find correctly.
So much room. Host was amazing let us leave bags whilst getting ready. Drinks were provided for arrival, beers, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
Villa lovely and clean. Pool area nice and clean. Roof top for early sun. I could not fault this villa. We had building works going on around us but that could not be helped whilst Zadar is currently being developed across the city.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
We had high expectations before we arrived but all were exceeded by this magnificent accommodation. Everything was brand new and the style and choice of details made it feel like we were living in an advertising catalogue. Very luxurious and a fantastic treatment from the hosts who were very generous. Now we have found a gem in Croatia that we would love to return to.
