8 of us stayed at this exceptional mansion!
We used it as a base camp for our daily trips to visit Velebit mountain, take a refreshing swim in Zrmanja river and Adriatic sea which are both only half of hour away from the house.
Adriatic sea is also just across the mountain. Take an adventure and reach it using the marvelous "Majstrorska cesta" road. Don't forget to take a hike on the Tulove grede peak (just before a swim in Rovanjska).
There was enough room for all of us.
The house itself is very clean and comfy, with the most beautiful sight on the Velebit mountain.
Barbecue place is free to use and has everything you need to get the party started.
Domestic appetizers such as šljivovica or the one made from walnuts were amazing.
10/10. We will come again!

Briliant location on walking distance to the National Parkk Paklenica. The house is super and breathes atmosfere. We were welcomed by a tough and friendly handshake and got great tips about the region. Very responsive host. The outside of the house was also great. Very calm also this time of the year.

The property was spacious and in a private location. The amenities were great for families and the kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were fantastic and communication was great. They also dropped off lovely home baking which was delicious. I would stay here again if I required accomodation in the region. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation house, and I can't express how amazing our experience was.
House is located about a 20-minute drive from Gracac, providing peace and quiet. The owner welcomed us with homemade pastries (ustipci), pancetta, and rakija, and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge.
The house itself is beautifully renovated, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers a stunning view of the garden, and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The highlight for us was the sauna and the hot tub in the garden, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.
The thoughtful amenities, including books, board games, karaoke, and outdoor activities like volleyball and dartboard, provided endless entertainment. The entire house is filled with wooden details that add a special charm to the stay. The house has ample parking space and a separate room for grilling meat. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure our every need was met.
I can't recommend this vacation house enough. It truly felt like a piece of paradise, offering tranquility and luxury in equal measure. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, this is the place to be. We will definitely be coming back!

this house is set in an amazing small village full of greenery, the house is everything you can imagine, with a bbq area, a firepit area, and a jacuzzi with the view of the mountains and unto green meadow lea land.....we simply fell in love with this place
Warm welcome by the host. House was clean, comfortable, and kitchen very well equipped. Easter decorations and easter eggs was a lovely touch. Woodburner was wonderful for warming up, and already burning on our arrival. Location is great- quiet village, and only a short drive from shops, coast, caves, waterfalls and mountain hikes. We didn't explore the local walking/cycling options, but worth doing so for a next visit.

House is very clean and tidy, furnished with anything you might need. Jacuzzi and grill are such a great addition for some outdoor time in their awesome backyard, looking at woods. We liked the location very much.

The house was in the most beautiful village. All the rooms from the bathroom to the bedroom were very large and comfortable. The house was sparkly clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Most recommended for traveling families.

The village of Lovinac is small, but has a store, a caffe, a childrens' playground, a post office, even a sledging ground with facilities. Nearby Gračac has restaurants and supermarkets.
We have spent 3 days (after snow season) in Lovinac, with our dog, wandering around beautiful nature, climbed Poštak and Crnopac, went into Krnjeza canyon and Kupin mist, saw the beautiful Krupa monastery.. a lot to do if you love nature.
