It is an excellent accommodation, comfortable, very, very clean, it has everything you could need and more. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is super equipped, the view of the coast is beautiful, the beach is just a few meters away. We stayed much longer than we thought because we loved it.

The house is secluded, just three minutes from the sea, and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay - from a fully equipped kitchen, cleaning products to a washing machine. We were particularly pleased with its eco-friendliness, as the energy is provided by solar panels, which perfectly covered the needs of four people, including plenty of electricity and hot water throughout the stay.
The location is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature. Just a three minute walk away is a picturesque bay and another three minutes further is the beach with the Pipo restaurant. This location is ideal for families with children, plus pets are welcome, which is a big bonus for us. Our body and soul really came into their own here.
Even when we had car trouble on the way here, and managed to get out the next day, the locals were extremely helpful and helped us as much as they could. We were without a working car for a few days and Marijo was so wonderful, he took us on a Vidova Gora tour and went shopping for us a few times so we didn't run out of anything during our stay. There are probably no words to express the gratitude we feel for being able to be a part of this amazing accommodation. We would recommend the accommodation with all our hearts and can't wait to return.We felt like we were staying with friends and not strangers. The hosts are the heart of this accommodation and they made us feel special.

They offered a breakfast service upon request, which was really great as we didn’t feel like cooking ourselves.

A very nice and interesting house in a good location. Very spacious living areas, good bathrooms, and good sized kitchen area, and the pool was a nice bonus. Just a short walk into the harbour area, with plenty of good restaurants. Great views from the upstairs rooms. Most parts of the house very clean with a few small exceptions.

The house was simply great, fully equipped, with plenty of space, ping-pong table, trampoline, small toy house for kids, toys, Play station with games, grill, 3 out of 4 bedrooms air conditioned, everything a family with small kids needs. Andrej, the host, was simply incredible. He waited for us when we arrived, came in when we were leaving, spent some time with us, left several presents in the house to help us enjoy our stay. For me 10 stars out of 10. And they have a swimming pool being constructed on the backyard which should be fully operational since next summer, that would make it even 11 stars out of 10. I can only recommend, truly Fantastic place to stay.

It is a beautiful and modern villa, very well equipped. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, very clean everywhere. Beautiful terraces overlooking the sea and the sound of cicadas playing in the morning. A short walk, through a tunnel under the road, and we were on a beautiful beach. Next to the villa there is a great restaurant with delicious seafood. We stayed in the villa for 8 days and it was a beautiful holiday. I highly recommend it.
The villa is beautiful, with many rooms, and the pool is perfect for relaxing with family. Additionally, it's secluded, so it's quiet and peaceful. Everything was perfect—very clean and lovely.
A beautiful villa in a beautiful location. Great facilities, especially the pool and the wonderful terrace. I also have to highlight the communication with the owner, who arranged the rafting trip for us and asked all the time if everything was okay. We were all very satisfied.
Super location only a few mins drive to Omiš. Villa was fabulous. Really comfortable and clean with stunning views and a really nice private pool yet only a few mins walk to the beach and local shop. Hosts were so helpful and kind and helped me plan my holiday before I even arrived. We were a group of a 11 and wouldn't hesitate to return here.
We hired cars and lots of free parking available at the property. We also availed of dinner a couple of times at the villa provided by the hosts and it was amazing. 5 stars from me

The views from the balconies and poolside are simply incredible. Lokva Rogoznica is a small village 10 minutes from Omiš and our favourite part of the Dalmatian coastline by far. The Villa itself is stunning and equipped with everything we needed across three levels as a family of 10. Our host Karlo and his family made us feel so welcome and provided us with local knowledge and some of the best meals we had in Croatia at their family run restaurant the Berekin.
Everything. The house was very cosy and surrounded by greenery. Piotr and his wife are very nice people, they gave us a lot of tips about the region, they took care of us, the beach downstaires the villa had free sunbeds. Everything was wonderfull !!!
