Our stay at the villa was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The villa is not only beautiful but also impeccably clean. The owner was very kind and helpful, which we greatly appreciated.
A highlight of the villa is the pergola with an outdoor kitchen and grill—perfect for evening gatherings. The pool with loungers was another fantastic feature, providing us with relaxation and refreshment every day.
The villa includes a washer and dryer, which is a great advantage for longer stays. All necessary amenities are available, from kitchen utensils to towels and bedding.
The location is also excellent. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the beach is just a few minutes away by car or Uber for around 10 euros.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfortable and well-equipped accommodation.

Brilliant outdoor space with fantastic pool and jacuzzi. basketball, table tennis, gym equipment and football goals. The kids were very happy.
House is compact but perfectly functional. Shower is good, kitchen works well. Great BBQ area and a choice of outdoor seating, the main seating being outside the patio doors with excellent coverage to give you a bit of shade.

The house was more like a modern mansion. Our family of 5 adults and 2 children had a wonderful week and didn't want for anything. There was a great sized outdoor pool, a cold shower in the garden, a pool table in the garage, and a fantastic large hot-tub indoors. The A/C was brilliant. We would definitely travel to Croatia again and hopefully book this villa again, especially being so close to Trogir. The house had ample parking for x2 hired cars and was easy enough to get to from the main road. The owners were available any time we needed a question answered or advice... Thank you.

So I can recommend St Petra Heritage House to everyone. Beautiful three-story house in a hidden alley. The house is beautifully furnished and the owner was very accommodating and asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything. A wonderful few days in Trogir. Location is fab. It is a 10-15 minute into the centre of Trogir. The centre can be busy-although my 2 daughters liked this. But there is a 5 minute walk in the opposite direct to the beach and lovely bars and restaurants. Equally as nice and pretty to sit at the water side. I preferred these as quieter.
Property has quiet surroundings-we loved this. It is quiet around the area but if you want a fairly busy place you can walk into Trogir in 10-15 minutes. Pavements being resurfaced near the centre of Trogir at the moment. We didn't have a car but we think that the car parking in the centre can be expensive.
The property is very clean. The pool is cleaned everyday. Anita and her son are very approachable and contactable every day. The pool is brilliant. At night lovely to sit beside the pool too in the dark with the pool lights on.
Lots of supermarkets nearby too. Tommy supermarket is very close to the property too!
Lots of towels provided in the property. The outdoor shower at the pool is fab! We used the BBQ twice and it worked a treat. We are usually not good at BBQ!
If you want a quiet property with a lovely pool then this is for you! You can still reach restaurants and bars on foot which my daughters aged 16 and 22 loved too.

the decision is inaccurate for someone who is not a mountain climber the way to the second floor is impossible. the room is tiny, and there is no toilet in the room. Instead, one has to go down the floor on the outside stairs, then go into the 3 th room and find the toilet at night in the dark. It is dangerous if it rains and in general for old people. I had to find another place since it was not appropriate for me ( I am 72 ). I have offered half of the price but was rejected, which I think is a ripoff. Never again not exactebol

We loved the pool and the inside of the villa was very clean and it looked very much like the pictures wich was a plus.the owner was very sweet to put up with us 8 girls I would 100% recommend this as a place to stay beautiful property.
An incredible villa, that really felt like a special place to stay. Completely modern interior, with fantastic furnishings and technology.
Great outside space for kids to play and roam around safely. If anything, the pictures do not do this place justice!
Our host was amazing too, great communications from start to finish and gave us great recommendations for the local area.

It's a 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and coffee shop. Very quiet area. The rooms are big with a simple bed . The living room is big and the kitchen is connected to it.
The villa was delightful with all mod cons. It was South facing with good views of the sea, islands and mountains. The swimming pool was very good and exceeded expectations. Our hosts Tijane and Ante met us on arrival to show us around and made us very welcome. We have no complaints at all.
We stayed for a week at the Villa.
The property was very clean, it had everything we needed. Beautiful views, super market 15min walk from the property, warm swimming pool, games room which our kids absolutly adored. The hosts were amazing, they left us a plate of meat and cheese as well as some drinks. They were very welcoming, friendly and caring. Would definetly come back to the villa and recommend it to others. Our group of 9 really enjoyed our stay there🙂

The hosts were amazing, from a very warm welcome, to arranging taxis and overall nothing too much trouble. The location and accommodation are fantastic with incredible views and within easy access of some of the real treasures of the Dalmatian coast. So if you are looking to explore stunning Croatia or just relax by the fabulous pool or the social outdoor bbq area, then we cannot recommend this villa highly enough.
The hosts were so helpful - we had transport to and from the airport courtesy of the villa.
The chef that came to the villa was absolutely amazing - all services were so easy and exceptional.
