It is a bit far from Preko, but we loved walking that distance everyday just by the sea and admiring the nature. It was very enjoyable and I would definitely choose this location again. The apartment was well equipped and we had everything that we needed. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, even gave us a lift to the ferry on our last day.

The house is very comfortable even for two families and absolutely fits the description. The owners are very kind and take care of all details (e.g. enough coffee for both coffee machines). The place is VERY quiet, the area is full of figue and olive trees. The beaches are better to be reached by car (5-8 mins depending of the beach). Strongly advised!

Beautiful property. Amazing location, we had the large apartment at the top which had the most stunning views. Air con in the bedrooms was a bonus. Beautiful beach nearby. Car recommended. Steep hills and steps to villa but lovely location. Owners were so friendly and helpful. Supermarket next door to villa. Swimming pool was amazing and clean.
The villa is a bit uphill and has an amazing view over the pool, garden and Kali bay and the Osljak island. Stayed for 3 days and extended for another 3. The apartment was very clean and well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful with directions and also gave me a car ride to the city to rent a bike. The WiFi is very good, even for working. Has a nice terrace with a pool, sunloungers, BBQ, etc. and in 2 min you can reach the beach in the bay. Good value for money and definitely worth visiting.
We loved absolutely everything about Villa Legacy. It is a wonderful place to stay, a great location and the host - Marko - provides an excellent service and is always available.
The hosts were amazing, came to the port to help us to the villa and picked us up from the supermarket when we’d done some shopping. Could not have been more helpful or friendly.
The staff/owners was very nice and helpful. The view from our room was also astonishing.
Location was also great right between Kali and Preko, so you’re not far from both villages (but you’ll still need to walk a bit though).

When we arrived, Milan the owner, was expecting for us and he came to greet us. The house has a spectacular view to the sea, as i saw, all the apartments are in that manner that have this view. For sure we will come back to Villa Dinastija. Thanks a lot to them.
We (family of 5) had a fantastic stay at Villa Dinastija: the pool to cool us of, a short walk down the hill to take a swim in the crystal clear ocean, a fantastic garden, superb hosts and breathtaking views over the ocean and Zadar from the balcony. I highly recommend - this would be my first choice if I come back to Zadar again.
Our apartment was great and comfortable with all the amenities we could have ever asked for. The location is perfect near everything in the village. Communication was super easy with the owner. We had a lovely stay.
We loved the house and the really nice garden around it. The neighbourhood is tranquil and even though the place is situated in the outskirts of Kali the village is tiny, which means that we had no issues with distance.
Our apartment was pretty large, really clean and very comfortable.
