Amazing host, speak very good english, always available to answer all the questions in person or by text. She texts us when there were some local events in the area . Host prepared delicious cherry liquor, the other home made spirit and cake ready for us on arrival and plate of fresh fruits when we were leaving, very thoughtful and nice gesture. Host lives in the same building but on the completely different side with separate entrance , so we have full privacy in the property and all surroundings. Property is very specious and have all the facilities you need for comfortable stay. Kitchen fully equipped , there was plenty of pans, pots, glassware all types, cuttlery, plates etc. Host also provided all cleaning detergents like washing up liquid, disheasher tablets , laundry tablets, hand soap, cleaning clothes etc. so anything you we need to keep house clean on every day basis . Amazing outdoor area, with sun lounges, hammocks between trees, if you want to escape from a heat. Barbecue area fully equipped, all you need is charcoal and food . There is a toilet there so you don’t have to walk back to the property. Very clean and big swimming pool, which was cleaned by host 3 times during our 2 weeks stay, always early in the morning so there was no disruption to our stay. Cleanness of the property absolutely top notch, you can actually smell freshness of bed linen. Every room looks exactly like on the photos and descriptions is very accurate.
Property is situated in the small town but is an excellent start base to explore Dalmatia region. Two lakes is a must do . They are just 10 minutes drive distance from a property. We have done evening swimming 3 times in Modre Jezioro during our stay. Popular beaches are just 30- 40 minutes drive from Imotski.
There is actually not even one thing we can fault. We have an amazing , peaceful time and definitely going back . Big thank you to Host

Jacov was such a great host! He came to the house and help us whenever we needed his help. He even prepared us some fruits and drinks in the fridge when we got there. He also gave us a local liquor for us to taste, which was also fun experience for us! The house was also super!!! The facility was great and it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The house was so clean and everything we need was there. As the TV was big and had very nice audio system as well as Netflix, we had a movie night and we loved it!! The location was also nice. there are a couple big supermarket less than 10 mins by a car. It was also a bonus for us that the volcanic lake was soooo close with the great view! We would highly recommend this place for everyone who visit Croatia!

Luxurious, modern apartment. Free parking along the road and even a secured underground garage. Clear view at the sea from the balcony and even from the living room. Really well equipped kitchen. A really fantastic place with a great atmosphere. The place is quiet and was perfect for us and our two kids. In the region is everything you need, good restaurants, interesting events, nice citys and villages, great nature. The owner is really amazing. He gave us good tips for events and places to visit. We have just returned home from an amazing 10 nights at this villa. Hosts were absolutely amazing, went above and beyond also took us into town to do a big shop instead of relying on taxis. Excellent villa. Our family group had a variety of ages and having 2 levels meant that my elderly parents could stay on the ground level with easy access to where we spent most of our time. Well equipped kitchens and comfortable bedrooms. Pool area fantastic with great backdrop of the mountains.
They were so kind and flexible, never experienced hosts more friendly than this family. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and luxurious. Really all you could wish for in the Imotski area.
Wonderful villa and pool and great service from Mario - he was there for our delayed late arrival, sorted out wi-fi when it went down and provided a huge home cooked Croatian meal for us one evening. He would have been a great source of knowledge for those wanting recommendations.
Mia and her family are very nice and helpful, the pool was clean and great, especially for the kids, the villa has a garage also, it was clean,pretty big and has all you need. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children.
