Villas in Gustirna

The villa was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The "summer kitchen" area is great - the pool is a good size and extremely maintained, there is lots of space to relax in shade or sunshine and we enjoyed the darts and table football. There are some decent restaurants in easy walking distance and a good walk up the hill behind the house if you want to feel more in the countryside.

The villa is beautiful, great design and practical. There is air con in the sitting room and bedrooms, and cool covered dining BBQ area at the back ( with a great gas BBQ ) Dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, staple salt and pepper items in the cupboard. Quality pans which is very nice on holiday. The garden however, is stunning. A beautiful pool with a waterfall feature and Mediterranean garden highlighting the hill behind, designed with love and care. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely with high quality fittings and good water pressure for showers. There is one bedroom venue the main level of the house which is a self contained apartment with a sitting room, shower room, washing machine and kitchenette. One bedroom is a study which can be converted to a double sofa bed which we used and was comfortable. The master bedroom has a mini balcony with a lovely view over the sea. Doris, our hostess, was amazing, quietly coming over early mornings to tidy the pool and water the garden, always ready to help e.g. topping up the dishwasher tablets, relaxed and smiling. Beach towels are provided, and there are thoughtful things around like mosquito coils and an amazing library of English books. We went on a fish picnic day trip to the islands from the village, kiosk for tickets for this and other excursions on the beach, and drove into Trogir for dinner a couple of times, just ten minutes away, loads of interesting restaurants there. Couple of restaurants in the village, had a nice pizza at Hotel Medtierranee. Swimming beach 5 mins walk via the handy underpass at the bottom of the road. There's a rocky path over the back of the hill to walk to Tommy's supermarket, 10 mins away via the back road if you don't fancy the main road. Day trip to Split and the Roman ruins at Salona nearby also recommended. Use the garage for your car to stop it cooking in the heat! We had a very happy week there and recommend this villa as a holiday venue.

I was here with my family for the second time. The distance from the sea is incredible comfortable. We will definetely visit this place again. There was visible reconstruction - new windows and one of the bathroom. . Really nice owner. Huge space for kids in the garden. We spent here 2 weeks and it was really great holiday.Thank you

Nice owner, beautiful house - everything is as in the photo. Beautiful, shady garden, and only 300 meters to the beach. I recommend!

Really nice apartment in a great location close to a calm beach. And hosts were SO friendly. Can definitely recommend this place.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was great, Mrs Božana is a wonderful and helpful housekeeper. The house is located in a quiet and pleasant area which is good for relaxation. I am convinced that we will visit the villa again.

Peace, peace, peace. A beautiful little house with all you might need on your holiday. Sparkling clean, remote and yet a fewm minutes drive to larger towns like Rogoznica, Trogir, even Split! The hostess is kind and has managed to create a little peace of heaven (but with a hot tub! :))

The apartment is directly on the sea side, in a less crowded place of the island. The way here is a bit tricky and adventurous with a car though, but is worth of it. Nicola the owner is a very nice and friendly person, he was very helpful during the whole stay, and he prepared everything for our best comfort.
