A large terrace protected from the sun and with a sea view. The windows have mosquito nets. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. A nice large beach about 7-8 minutes to walk from the house, and a smaller one in 2 min.

I decided to have a special holiday with my family at this place, which is located just a few metres from the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, offering great advice on where to eat and where to get fresh fish. They even took me on a fishing trip on their own boat.
The beds are very comfortable, and the linen is always clean and fresh, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The garden, which includes a pool, is spacious with the option to have any kind of barbecue, whether gas or charcoal—your choice. The place is only a few yards from the beach, with restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby offering affordable prices.
Gradac is a lovely place for a holiday, ideal for evening walks or morning jogs. The beaches are not crowded, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday with small children. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back.

For the first, very kind and helpful host. We were welcomed with wine and sweets on our first day. The host even arranged the trip for us despite the end of season and not a lot ofpossibilities. The location is as described, beachfront, meaning really right next to the beach. The place is incredibly clean, more than any guest can expect (I have to mention that we arrived with a little a baby and we can be picky because of that but this place blew us away with cleanliness). Right next to the apartments there is a restaurant and a small market to cover all your needs for the kitchen and the bathroom. Simply excellent.
The villa is wonderful, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Special thanks for the breakfasts and gifts that were left for us in the morning, it was very tasty) Every morning they came to us to clean up, it's nice to wake up in a clean and tidy villa. We also travel with dogs, and they also really enjoyed their stay in this house.
We stayed overnight at Villa Damir and I must say that we made a fantastic choice. The apartment is conveniently close to the beach, and the hosts are friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the apartment, along with the comfortable bed and lovely balcony, made for a delightful experience. Highly recommended for a memorable seaside getaway.
The property has everything and more than you need. Sladana was a lovely host and went out of her way to make us welcome with nothing too much trouble. The view of the sea and sunset from the balcony is exceptional. And last, but not least, what a luxury to have a large, well kept, rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views of mountains and sea to use during stay. Wonderful! Would 100% stay here again - thank you!

nice and tidy apartment near the village center and the beach. The spaces are not too big but well organized, so you have everything you need. there’s also a nice common area which is a terrace with sea view, with table and bbq area. the apartment was clean and tidy and the owners were friendly and welcoming, also they live just underneath so they’re always available if you need anything.
