Beautifully decorated, has all the basic necessities,, sweet & responsive host. The garden is lush and the gazebo is a great bonus. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the view. The location is great, within 10 minutes drive from Rastoke and Plitvice National Park. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. We love the fast food BBQ on the main street, 15 minutes walks from the house.

Where do I even begin? This is Plitvice’s best kept secret!
Vanja and husband are 5 star hosts and live in a property next door. They are very responsive and super helpful.
The home (it is a home and not just some accomodation) is sparkling clean and cosy.
Well equiped with under floor heating and pristine white towels and sheets. There are two rooms on the top level with one large bathroom and another large bedroom downstairs with the other large bathroom.
The kitchen thou small packs a big punch and has a microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove and coffee machine.
Everything is generously provided for from the washing detergent and paper towels.
There was even some welcome treats waiting for us and Vanja is a fantastic baker too! Breakfast is super yummy and personally made by Vanja. She cares about hosting and it shows.
The gardens and surrounding areas must be lovely in summer with many fruit trees that Vanja makes good jam with. Not to mention the infrared sauna and hot tub!
As we are visiting in January the snow just makes everything extra special and our young children just loved playing outside.
We enjoyed our stay here so much we regret that we didn’t stay longer.
When there is such good hospitality at one’s doorstep - take it. It honestly feels like coming home to family!

The Villa was amazing! We had two rooms and both were excellent. Very clean, kind hosts, beautiful towels and welcome pack was a nice touch. Kitchens had everything you could possible need, very well equipped. Very close to Plitvice. Would definately recommend a stay here. Book without hesitation!

Perfect clean apartment in a wonderful countryside setting with immaculately kept grounds surrounded by farmland. Very peaceful place for relaxing and perfect for visiting the wonder of plitvice national park and the unique ancient village of Slunj.
The location is very close to Plitvice Lakes National Park. The host is super nice! He is very responsive to all communications and requests. He even let us check-out later than 10 am as we were heading to the airport that day. The rooms are brand new with minimalistic design that gives a luxurious feel. Very quiet environment as well. The views in front of the balconies look out into a green scenery of trees and offer a beautiful sunset. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!
It was not too far from the Plitvice Lakes in a beautiful little village. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the barbecue for dinner.
It is a family stay, managed by a couple. Its not luxurious but it has everything we needed. They were extremely polite and nice to us.
Breakfast was delicious, room was clean and comfortable, it is good that it has a kitchen so some meals can be prepared if wanted.
Location is super good, very close to the entrance 1 of Plitvice. We booked the entrance to the park at 8h and were there very early, before the crowds.
