Everything! Large enough for one night for the 4 of us, one bedroom, with a very comfortable bed and a large, comfortable sofa bed in the very large living room. Lots of space to move around and also to put our luggage on. Nice front patio. The garden was wonderful, as well as the flowers around the house. The house is located behind a larger 3-5 storey building, but it felt very secluded and without direct visibility. Walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. Friendly hostess.

Excellent property and peaceful, quiet setting. Nothing was too much trouble for the very helpful hosts. Zadar is only 15 - 20 minutes away and the airport a short 10 minute drive. The swimming pool and outside area was large enough for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Everyone was catered for with a trampoline and swings for the little ones and a games area and tavern for the adults.

The best thing about the property is the host Franjo nothing was too much trouble but he left you in peace unless you needed something. The jacuzzi was nice to relax in sheltered by the olive trees

The villa was very clean and spacious, the kitchen was highly equipped and the pool area was beautiful.
The apartment was located within walking distance to an excellent supermarket, which the host kindly took us to on the first day, a local bakery, convenience store and garage could be reached on foot within 5 minutes and all offered a wide range of products. Uber into the old town /beautiful beaches cost around 5 euro. There is a lovely little play park one minute away from the villa with a local social club attached where the locals are very friendly and the drinks cheap. Restaurants can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
The villa is located in a residential area so evenings are very quiet.
The rooms are spacious and very well maintained.
The hosts are fantastic, Tony is very clear with rules for the villa and pool but will do anything to help and takes a lot of pride in maintaining the apartments and grounds to a very high standard, his wife Mirjana is amazing and very good with children.
The beaches are not sandy, but rather pebble or concrete so go prepared!
We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Villa Relax is the ultimate place to relax! You name anything - it's there in the Villa. Quality and comfort is outstanding, the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We arrived with a 9 months old baby and we even got a baby cot (which was not listed in the offer). This villa is perfect for 6-8 people with great outdoor places and nice bedrooms. Definitely a place where we would love to return!
The house deserves a 5+ rating! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, the house itself is perfect for a large family, the garden provides wonderful shades for coffee and meals and the pool is great. The area is quiet but you're 15 minutes away from the busy coast villages, with restaurants, terraces and beaches to choose from. Excellent experience - we would recommend this house to anyone looking for an affordable but very comfortable holiday in the Zadar region!
The apartment is so close to the airport, we decided to spend the night for convenience. However the apartment was amazing very high spec we should have stayed another night. The host Ivan is a great guy, he couldn't have done more for us. We called into the bar in the village and found it very enjoyable with outside tables and chairs.
