The house was nice and clean. More than enough space for the 4 of us. The pool and the garden around it were amazing. The house was pretty close to the centrum of zadar (a 10 min drive). The communication with the host was great.

Very clean and spacious and fully equipped with every appliance we needed. Felt like a home from home and we had the perfect host in Josko who was really helpful and looked after us during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for him

The flat was very clean, the bedrooms were big and spacious. There was parking available for both of our cars, covered. Everything was as described, the host was very nice and even provided some treats for us and the littlens. 2 AC units provided the best comfort on the hot days of summer.
All in all a great experience.

The property was very modern and clean. It had a lovely outside kitchen beside the pool for bbq’s or big breakfasts.
The hosts were so helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
Rooms were a good size.
Pool was good size and well maintained.
The location is secluded so is peaceful but only a 15 min walk to Restaraunt’s and 10 mins to water front. There’s a bakery and grocery store about 8 minute walk. We didn’t have car rental but Ubers into Zadar were about 15-20 euro and takes around 20 mins.
Offering sea views, STONE HOUSE ''ZARA'' is an accommodation located in Sukošan, less than 1 km from Dječji raj Beach and 1.7 km from Marina Dalmacija Beach.

The location was perfect. Everything is new and very modern and the gift upon the arrival is a nice touch of hospitality. The host is very easy to communicate and is at your disposal at all times. I don't want to put the following in the negative section as it is not something that made my vacation worse, but as a suggestion: it would be ok to have a booklet with some instructions (like when to take the trash put and where to put it if the outside bin is full), how to operate appliances and wi-fi, where to eat and drinks, and stuff like that, maybe put a couple more eating utensils so you don't have to wash them constantly, kitchen towels should be there too, coasters for the glasses and stuff like that. As it is a new object just recently renovated I'm sure that with the time the owner will make it even better.

There is so much to say about this accomodation. In short, if you have a family or even you can get a group of friends together you should definitely stay at Villa Minerva. Everything is so perfect and idyllic it is almost impossible to find the words. There is a swimming pool, there is a little court of play badminton, hammocks to chill and watch the stars (there are so many stars). The inside is phenomenal. Everything is so clean and stylish. We have 3 children and had to change our itinerary just so they could chill at the property and enjoy it. All of this is great but the real treasure of this property are the hosts Silvijia and Goran. Before we arrived they offered to bring us from the airport (we were driving, but they didn't know that). When we got there Silvijia had made some homemade treats for the children and us and had picked out some vegetable for us from their garden. Our kids loved them and as soon as they started splashing around the hosts offered us a bluetooth speaker so the kids could also get their groove on in the pool. On the final night, Goran and Silvijia treated us to a meal of log fire grilled fish, with octopus, potatoes and so much more. They made us feel so special.
The property is also only 7 minutes away from Zadar, which in my opinion is a cooler city that both Split and Dubrovnik even though I loved all of them. The steps and the funky sunset night show are unique and well worth the visit. Zadar is a great launchpad for Krka and Plitvice national parks.

The perfection of this villa is beyond my plain language to describe....
In addition to the four bedrooms, the spacious living room is connected to the baking room, and there is a jacuzzi outside. The parking space is very spacious, and it is no problem for us to park two cars.
The host has a very good taste in decoration, and my wife is very satisfied with the kitchen, which has everything you need. What is particularly commendable is that in addition to a variety of seasonings, the hostess has kept squid, apple juice, and milk in the refrigerator. We also found rice, I don't know if it was prepared for us because we come from the East. We are very cheeky to try them all, with the perfect kitchen to support, the dinner that day can be called perfect.
In fact, we decided to stop in Zadar on a whim, so it is beyond imagination to find such a perfect villa.
Of course, under such circumstances, cannot ask oo much for a short distance to downtown. Fortunately, parking in Zadar is very convenient (there are many theoretically free), so commuting from the villa to Zadar is not a problem.

This villa is exceptional!.. Beautifully decorated, heated super clean pool that we didn't want to get out of!. State of the art luxury bathrooms in every bedroom, with air conditioning controls in every room. Our boys loved the outside table tennis! and bikes to use... Grounds are really impressive. and we enjoyed sitting out at night with all the pretty garden lights. Fantastic facilities in the kitchen! induction hob and coffee machine!. Great WiFi connection and Netflix etc.. on TV for the boys.. comfortable sunbeds- felt very luxurious ! need a car really short trip to local shop or bigger supermarket short drive away. Really lovely hosts, who obviously take great care with this villa- cannot recommend enough!!!
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The villa was absolutely lovely. High spec, very clean and well kept - had everything that you would need. The owner / host was so attentive and contact was great. Felt very welcomed.
Hands down the best host I ever had in Croatia. Melita responded very fast and was always helpful. The Villa was perfect and cozy for our family trip. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed! Also perfect that it was just a 10-minute ride from the airport. We also recommended her to our friends!
Ana rents out half of her house in the quiet village of Crno. We stayed there to attend a wedding at a nearby establishment, and we didn't regret it. Wonderful host, quiet location, baby-friendy, extremely well equipped apartment outside Zadar (so way fewer tourists, perfect if you don't mind driving 15 min to the beach). The home-grown grapes are delicious, worth visiting in season ;)
