There is nothing I didn’t like about this property and either did our other 5 friends.
As soon as we walked in through the silver door and high wall we were just in awe.
The hosts have thought of everything, the amazing welcome pack was a lovely treat. Beds very comfortable and rooms extremely well decorated.
Location is a short walk from the Main Street of Cavtat and numerous choice of restaurants and bars.
Pick up and drop off from airport included a very nice addition.
I will be back for sure and will be highly recomending to others you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful Villa. Looks exactly as in pictures. Fantastic views, quiet, the pool was a great size, the accommodation was spacious and clean and had everything we needed, easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. The owners were lovely, very helpful, and easy to get hold of if needed.

The villa was perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean and the decor and attention to detail made you feel welcomed and a true home from home - fresh flowers, welcome snacks and drinks in the fridge and toiletries in every bathroom. This is a remarkable property set in the most wonderful village of Cavtat. Super clean, efficiently run with incredible views. So peaceful and tranquil. The pool is a welcome retreat from the heat. I used the gym during my stay and it’s as good as any gym I’ve been to. Just a short walk downhill into Cavtat and a steep walk back but didn’t bother me. No10 bus stops outside so always that as an option. Supermarket 2 mins walk away.
Heritage Villa Unique is beautiful, it is in a perfect location in Cavtat and you have everything on your doorstep so can walk to the restaurants and bars. The owners have literally thought of everything that you will need for your stay and were a pleasure to deal with before and during our stay.
It is as beautiful in real life as it is in the photos and is immaculate throughout.

The apartment was wonderful, a great balcony and the bed! The bed was pure luxury from the mattress to the bedding, so comfortable! The view was amazing! All in all I would recommend Villa Markoc. It was nice and quiet and great getting to Dubrovnik on the water taxi! There is also a market close by for snacks.
This villa is amazing great for families and or couples.
Close enough to Cavtat to visit every day if you want as the bars and restaurants were very good some better than others.
There are quite a few beaches near by if you prefer that to a pool.
The villas outside area is more the perfect.
As a group of 4 adults and 3 kids, this villa was perfect. We couldn't fault a thing. The host was absolutely amazing, he truly went above and beyond. He supplied fresh veg from his garden and made a stunning salad for us. The villas location was a 5 min taxi to Cavtat which is stunning and has loads of great restaurants and bars. You can get an uber cost £5 a trip. I would highly recommend this villa and Jurica.
Villas Lukas was a perfect spot for a few days in cavtat. Rooms were spacious and you were supplied with everything you need. The hot tub was a welcome treat and the terrace perfect place to relax. The pool was very cold but that was to be expected in April and luckily the outdoor shower was heated! free coffee to help yourself to and a fully stacked self service bar that was based on the honour system would be great for a drink by the pool.
