Villa Lumaka Sun.... We spend great time there. We where two families all together, 4 adults and 4 kids aged between 3-17. Villa is very comfortable, very clean, very well maintained. Kids had absolute blast with the pool, they didnt even bother to turn tv on for whole week. Great outside space to relax in the shade, place to kick the ball, BBQ area, parking for couple of cars. Inside is clean, maintained in very good standard, tvs and air conditioning in every room which blast freezing air in no time. Accommodation is very specious, and modern. It is great place if You want to visit some nearby cities or attractions. Within 30 min drive You got places like Krka NP, Sibenik, Vodice, Primosten. Local beach is like 5 min walk from villa, and some other nice beaches few min drive away. ( beach in Bilo , Vodice) Couple Local shops in few min walk and supermarket nearby if You need anything.

Everything went great upon arrival.Upon arrival, the hostess made us some presents. Liqueur with candies. We were met by the hosts who were very welcoming. The villa was equipped with everything needed for everyday life and relaxation. The sea is about 7 minutes away by car.

Great villa with fantastic pool. We had everything we needed including a washing machine, dishwasher and even a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were comfortable, clean, with air conditioning. Bathrooms were also very clean. I really liked the sea view balcony upstairs. The house was even more beautiful in person than on the pictures. Also, the host was really kind. All of us enjoyed the stay. :)
The appartment is two minutes walk from the beachfront. It is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The room was clean and cosy, with all the utencils required for cooking. The terrace is shared with one appartment.

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, equipped with everything you need it, beautiful sea view❤ The host was very kind and well intentioned. The main beach from Brodarica it's very beautiful, with small rocks, perfect for kids, there is even a covered playground for kids and many other activities to do.

Very clean place, beautiful decor masking the whole facility feel homey and cozy. Great location, hour to Zadar and same to Split, close to many beautiful islands. We were beyond happy and would definitely come back! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Villa Rosa to anyone!
The apartment was very nice and tidy. Denis the owner is very thoughtful, he even prepared a little gift package of snacks for us. The location of the apartman is great as well, it takes like 2 minustes and you can jump in the sea. There is enough parking space for the all guests as well. If you visit Brodaica I can only recommend booking Villa Broca.
Located right at the sea with great view in quiet village. You can take a beachfront walk. We only stayed one night,had swim in the sea and a dinner close-by. Apartment is fully equipped and clean.
