We spent a wonderful family holiday week here in peace and quiet. The stone house is very atmospheric and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and also has its own pool, where you can cool off until late at night looking at the starry sky 👌 The location was perfect for us, within a few minutes drive are Vrboska, Jelsa and Stari Grad, and just around the corner is a grocery store and the excellent Konoba Bogo. Outstanding location, front door is 10m from the sea! Waking up to the sound of the sea and with this breathtaking view is priceless. The villa was very clean and comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the different seating areas outside and being so close to the sea. It was like having your own private beach. Rooms are furnished to high standards, bathrooms spacious, pool with outdoor terraces where we spent most of the time. The hosts, Margarita and Mario, were very friendly and helped immediately with anything. Property is well taken care of and maintained with love and care. We had a great time at Villa Mendes and if opportunity arises, we will gladly return. I would definitely recommend a car or a boat for transport. Great restaurant nearby, local dishes, fresh fish, meat, pizzas...
