The location is really good, just a 5 minute walk into town. The swimming pool is heated so that’s perfect for when it’s a litter bit cooler out. There’s a small supermarkets across from the steeet for drinks. In town you have a bigger supermarket. The kitchen had everything we needed. There are great sitting areas outside around the property.

For a large party, this wonderful house has all the facilities and is very spacious. There are good views, especially of Agua, but Fuego is visible from the street corner and you can spot the glow at night.
It is 15 minutes by taxi from the Antigua centre, but can be walked in 30 minutes, on a very nice walk (with only one stretch of busy road). There are no close shops, but good eating on the street at El Calvario only a 15 mins walk away.
Paola was very reactive and helpful, to all our needs.
There is a swimming pool just 20 m from the door, great for early morning dips, and a friendly cat.
The house is in a gated area, with guards. They were very friendly.

I had to arrive two days earlier than planned. Everything went very quickly and the order was confirmed within a couple of hours. Arrived late at night but everything was ready. The place is really good if you plan to stay for 3-4 days. Just further from the city center so it's quiet.

So clean and quiet. Like a little garden oasis in the middle of busy Antigua! Loved that it wasn’t a typical hostel - it was nice to have a more luxury dorm experience (they made our beds every day!!) rather than the classic party dorms. I still thought it was social though and I met some really nice people in my few days there!
This place is the most gorgeous hostel ever! I really don’t think the photos do it justice. An absolute paradise in Antigua. The breakfast was great and the hostel works very hard to give you many little touches that make your stay there feel a bit luxurious like two pillows on the bed and free cake and coffee throughout the day. Easy to meet people, WiFi is great for working.
Overall a good base for a busy solo traveller going from tour to tour in Antigua and nearby villages. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions I had. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfortable . The staff even kept asking if I wanted to have the room cleaned up everyday, which is fine by me.
Villas de la Ermita has a great location. Maria greeted us and she was very helpful and attentive. We felt very safe during our stay. The Villa has a small kitchen and dining table with all the basic appliances so we were able to cook some of our meals there.
the courtyard and rooftop are serene. the extra room in large villas are tiny but it seemed clean. Bathrooms are also small but clean and provide wash cloths which isn’t common here. I liked the touches of Maya colour with white and subtle decor.
The building is beautiful and private, the furnishings and feel are very luxurious, and the rooms are large and incredibly comfortable. We had a private jacuzzi which added a real luxury feel to the stay.
Lovely place! However, right on the highway and this is a shared hacienda with other Villas. Traffic in the morning is noisy. Quiet at night. Sweet, tasteful decor, spacious.
