Efmar Residences is a beautiful retreat in Gytheio, offering all the comforts of a home. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, a stunning stone house with meticulous attention to detail. The spacious interiors were comfortable and well-equipped, including a functional kitchen, a luxurious bathroom with a large shower, and ample storage with big closets.
The outdoor spaces were equally inviting, featuring a lovely veranda with a large table and a private garden, perfect for relaxing. The property is new and just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful beach.
With exceptional staff and a prime location near beaches, restaurants and Super Market, Efmar Residences is also an ideal base for exploring the Southern Peloponnese. It’s a place we’d happily return to for another unforgettable stay!

Very good property. Large, comfortable and about 15 minutes away from Gytheio town centre. Good views over village and the sea. While not the most luxurious, it had everything that one might need during the stay.

Excellent maisonette, with basic cooking facilities, balcony with sea views. Lovely receptionist who helped me choose where to visit next with her local knowledge. The shower was the strongest I think I've had, like a massage, and the overall ambience was nice. The beach was a 10 min walk and about 15-20 minutes walk to the fishing village.
This is a luxurious place to stay with immaculate spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed, fabulous shower. Our host Christos was a wealth of local knowledge. We won’t spoil the surprise but it is worth waiting for.
We liked everything about this resort built like a Greek village: Spacious apartments, close to the sea, wonderful and rich breakfast, smiling host, Jenny Markopoulou, who is a treasure. The place is quiet yet near to the small town of Gythiou to have a nice dinner from a wide choice of restaurants
Very comfortable and stylish apartment, very well located in the town. The host could not have done more for us. We appreciated the little extra touches: coffee, yoghurt, tea, water in fridge, peanut bar …. There were lots of power points too. The accommodation was really luxurious and very well equipped.
The villa we rented was pleasant and quiet. The villas are nestled adjacent to olive tree fields and are a quick drive to Gytheio city center. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and Dina are host was very helpful.
