The house itself is simply excellent. It's incredibly spacious, well-organized, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation. The attention to detail in the interior design and furnishings was evident, and it immediately made us feel at home. The house is not just a place to stay; it's a place to relax and unwind.
One of the standout features of this property is the yard and barbecue area. It's nothing short of amazing. The yard is perfect for kids to play around in, and the outdoor barbecue area is a real gem. It quickly became our favorite spot to spend our evenings or simply hang out. Grilling in that setting was a pleasure, and the proximity to the beach made it even more special.
Speaking of the beach, it's just a few meters away from the property. The convenience of having the beach so close cannot be overstated. We enjoyed leisurely walks along the shore, and the calm, clear waters were perfect for swimming. If you're up for some adventure, there are numerous options for renting a boat, and I highly recommend it. It's great fun for the whole family and allows you to explore the beautiful coastal area.
As to the host, Sakis, he is truly amazing on all levels. From the moment we entered the property, he made us feel like welcomed friends. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring his guests have the best possible experience is remarkable. Sakis provided us with valuable information about the local area, including the best places to try the local cuisine. Do not miss asking him about his special salt and technique if you plan to grill fish – it's a game-changer!

I travel a lot, but our host at Noce, was absolutly amazing. She provided us with all informations we needed for a wery pleasant stay. They fulfilled every wish we had. Villas are amazing, clean, fully equipped, beautifull design…pool, BBQ. I highly recommend staying at Noce. We were group of 6 people and we had a perfect stay.

spot on, they were checking whether there was any additional requirements constantly. Very polite and friendly. The villas had all the amenities, great size to host between 2 to 3 couples. Overall the best place to relax, not far from the beach, the village and the shops. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed were much the location of the villa, on the beachfront, so you can stay in the beach as much as you like. The yard of the villa is also nice because it's very large but it would benefit from more facilities like: armchairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, etc which were missing for the moment; there's only one big table with chairs around it, under a big tree, where you can serve your meals. The appartment itself has two bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom - it is quite large even for a large family but needs refurbishment.
I had the pleasure of staying at NOCE Luxury Villas with my family, and it was an exceptional experience. The property is stunning, incredibly welcoming, and meticulously maintained in every detail. The owners made us feel right at home, going above and beyond by welcoming us late at night upon our arrival and bidding us farewell early in the morning upon departure. I highly recommend this truly beautiful, functional, and well-organized establishment to everyone.
