Great view and roomy villas. The staff were all amazing. I wish there was a shuttle into Megalochori- it’s only a 15 minute walk but on a very busy road with no sidewalks. Would stay here again.

Our stay at Afoura Houses in Santorini was nothing short of fantastic. While the location is a bit hillside, requiring a short hike to reach, the effort is absolutely worth it. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a place that feels like it was plucked straight from Pinterest—beautifully designed and thoughtfully decorated.
The host was incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything we needed during our stay. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the experience, making us feel right at home.
We opted for the sea view room on the top floor, and it was a decision we didn’t regret. The view was simply breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The room was equipped with AC, which was a blessing during the hot weather, ensuring a comfortable stay at all times.
One of the highlights was the private rooftop. It’s spacious, entirely yours to enjoy, and offers an ideal spot to soak in the surroundings. Whether it’s for a morning coffee or an evening under the stars, the rooftop adds an extra layer of charm to the stay.
We enjoyed our time at Afoura Houses so much that we’ve already decided this will be our go-to place for our next visit to Santorini. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was delicious, The location was a little far from popular tourist spots but, the customer service was exceptional. Kikee was very helpful getting us to excursions and telling us the best routes to save money when traveling with local transportation. The villa was close to the beach and the boating excursion and had nearby restaurants. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff made you feel like family
The rooms were amazing, modern, minimal and yet cozy. The direct access to the sea and the kitchenette facilities make it feel like you’re staying at your very own private Greek villa without the real need to move around Santorini much. Staff were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was amazing.

Everything is brand new! The host Emma was amazing! Gave us some good advice on what to do and where to go! The hospitality is 1000/100 also arranged for us to be able to do a earlier check in. Out of the beaten track. If you looking for a quite place even in August, this is the place. Far away from everything (crowds) but with everything you need around (small beach with great sea, restaurants and transports available)
Fantastic pool and the family run business makes you really feel welcome! You need to embrace the spirit of being with genuine Greeks and locals and you will have an amazing time! Great food on the restaurant that's part of the Villa.
Mr. Michaelis and his wife Merula who own the hotel treated us like they're own family. The staff were friendly. There was a misunderstanding but they did solve it quickly and everything was fine throughout the stay. The food is by far the best food in all of Santorini.
