Beautiful location literally on the waterfront, so you can swim from the front door and listen to the waves at night. The converted boatshed was very tastefully decorated with plenty of space. Peaceful away from the main towns of Milos and close to Sarakiniko. Great experience.

Fantastic stay, loved the whole week we spent at this accommodation. Very central to get to all the main areas, extremely clean and everything you could need in the kitchen.

SUPER! The host was very kind and always available via WhatsApp. The apartment is a very gem really close to one of the top villages of Milos, but still silent and far from tourists flow. Pefect location accessible to all the best bits if the island. Mandrakia is a short walk down the road (Medusa is the family run taverna there) and Sarakiniko a longer walk from behind Mandrakia cocktail bar (say hi to Lazerous). A car makes everything easier as taxis are expensive. Adamas port is 10 mins by car with a supermarket en route. Plaka is a similar distance with pretty streets and boutique shops.
Lovely food basket and thoughtful items were in the fridge on arrival. We used the food basket as a picnic basket when we were out!
Constant communication with hosts on recommendations. They were so generous - Nicos brought us freshly baked cheese pies one day!
Amazing attention to detail on the interiors and a glorious view to the sea from the bed. The balcony and covered veranda were worth paying a little more for.

Lovely host and very helpful. Beautiful house with 3 apartments and shared garden. Bed slightly hard but ok. The walk to plana was not so far but still hard in the heat since it is on a mountain. Only one restaurant in the small village. So definitely need for car. Loved that they had bought big bottles of water to us when we arrived. We could park our ATV outside
We stayed 5 nights at Thiopetra Villas and enjoyed every moment. The apartment was very clean and contained all required facilities. The host was gracious and very helpful in helping us to navigate around Milos and advising us what to do. We really cannot fault this property and will definitely be staying here again when we return to Milos.
Don't expect luxury for this price category, but standard, clean, functional, the host cleaned the room every day and always added some biscuits. It's well located, withal relatively quiet place.
Literally everything was perfect, the lady who serviced the room each morning made us breakfast which was delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, full of good tips and suggestions. Amazingly clean and well put together and the private pool on the deck for the room is unbelievable. The cost is incredibly cheap I’d happily pay 3 x the amount and still feel it’s good value for money. Can’t recommend highly enough!
The villa is beautiful and comfortable. The location is perfect. The owner, Themis, and other staff were so friendly and helpful. They made the trip very memorable. I would recommend that you stay here for at least a week and preferably longer. The villa, the people and Milos is just so amazing that it would be a shame to stay for a shorter time!
It was a fantastic stay at Thiopetra villa in Milos. We've been very well taken care of by Themis, who has created a great atmosphere and comfortable accommodation in a premium location to explore and experience all the Milos treasures. We won't hesitate to come back.

The room and balcony/private pool were stunning and made our honeymoon so special. The attention to detail, cleanliness and amenities were a bonus! We had local breakfast delivered to our door daily and some of the best Greek yogurt and pancakes we have eaten.
The staff were so lovely, friendly and kind and the location is perfect for Plaka!
I really liked the house. It was just like the photos. Very well decorated, with all the necessary furniture, nice terrace, very clean! We also had a very good breakfast, which we really enjoyed.
The house is also very close to Plaka (8min walk), which is very pleasant for an evening stroll or dinner.
Triovasalos is really a quiet and typical Greek village. If you want an authentic trip, you won’t be deceived.
Athina was very accommodating when we arrived later than expected and was happy to meet us and give us some tips for visiting the island! The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and in a great location for us - within walking distance to Plaka and a short distance via car to Adamas, beaches and other cute villages. Really recommend!
