The host was very hospitable and welcomed us with drink and fruit. The communication with the host was also very smooth, she was always very helpful and let us check in and check out according to our arrival and departure time. She also changed our sheets and cleaned the house in the middle of our stay. We were very touched. She even sent us the things we left in the room to us. We are very satisfied with the owner and the house. It was a comfortable stay and we didn't lack for anything. So we give it 10 points and highly recommend it.

This house is absolutely amazing! It’s just a bit above the city, so you’re perfectly secluded from the noise and crowds, enjoying a peaceful retreat. The garden is gorgeous, and we loved spending our time around the big table out there. Plus, there’s a market just a few minutes away with everything you might need, and the staff there are super friendly.
And here’s the cherry on top: the house is surrounded by incredible historical sites from Roman and ancient times. You’ll be in close proximity to places like the Odeon, the Aqueduct, Casa Romana, and the ruins of the ancient city of Nymphaion, dedicated to the Nymphs. It’s like stepping into a history book right from your doorstep!
The house has air conditioning, which kept things cool, and there’s a lovely breeze on Kos, so it’s nice to just keep the windows open. We also had access to a fantastic pool with a bar at a hotel nearby—just a short walk away. Getting to Lambi Beach was easy too; we went by car, bike, or even walked.
Kostas, the host, is wonderful! He met us at the bus station, drove us to the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. He’s full of helpful tips and genuinely cares about making your stay great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need, and there’s a TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. The beds are super comfy, and the whole place is so quiet—it’s perfect for a good night’s sleep.
Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything about this house is top-notch!

The house was exactly the same as seen in pictures, in very good condition. We stayed for 6 days in total. There are two bedrooms and we were 5, so one person slept on the sofa. Although the location of the house is not very far from the city center, it is not a quick walk if you don't have a car. We rented a car, so it wasn't a problem for us at all. There are gardens surrounding the house, which may result in bugs, etc. coming inside the house occasionally. We had some instances regarding this and informed the host as well. The owner seemed really nice too. Overall we were very satisfied,and would recommend a stay here :)

Wonderful villas with an own pool and well designed interior. We enjoyed our stay with 2 kids who loved the pool and the short way to the beach. In these days (end of October) we owned the beach, because nobody was there. It is less 3 minutes from the villas.
A lovely team at the bar served breakfast and offered high level of service. I found this place via booking and it kept the promises :) highly recommended.
The villa and pool were outstanding. Beautiful design and well stocked. The service from the man and his mom that worked at the villas was exceptional. My husband and myself travel alot and this may have been the best service i have ever had.
Xenos Villa 7 was so fresh and new We were only the 3rd lot of guests to stay in it. For larger groups there’s 3 villas side by side. Great size Villa that housed the 9 of us so comfortably. Nicholas, Marie Lydia and Klaudia were fab hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Fab pool and we received fresh towels both beach & bath when our cleaner called twice during our stay.
The villas are very beautiful and clean. Check-in went smooth and fast. The hosts did their best to make our stay fun and memorable. Breakfast was good. Their boat service is a MUST BOOK experience, with Andreas. Nancy and Louise took great care of us. Thank you!!
