We have travelled many places in Greece, and this was one of our favorite stays. While the actual Villa is modest, the enormous patio with sweeping views of the sea, shaded by old pine trees was incredible. My two year old loved having a large, outdoor space where he could wander. The Villa is walking distance to several nearby beaches, and well as to restaurants, bakeries, and markets in Syvota. We also drove into Parga several days to take advantage of the great beaches, plentiful shopping, and food there.
Place was clean and stocked with necessities, and the host was communicative and helpful.

Fantastic location, from the terraces one can see almost 365 degrees of the Sivota bay and the surroundings. Very clean apartment, the kitchen and the bathroom were completely equipped with all the necessities.
Also, the owner was very pleasant and helpful with all our requests.

The private pool was our favourite thing about the property, it was great. The view from the balcony in the evening was amazing. The location was good, close enough to town and to some nice beaches. The villa was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay in Sivota.
Intimacy / Luxury is the keyword here. This is the most exclusive place you can find in the entire Epirus. You might think at first glance the price is steep but for what it offers is really cheap. I can’t find the words to describe how beautiful and comfortable is the villa. If you can find availability don’t think twice and just smash the booking button. The owners are amazing and really accommodating. Just go there and you will thank me for the rest of the year / years to come.

We had a great staying at Karvouno Villas. The property is very clean, great amenities and views, right on a beautiful private beach. You get daily clean-up of the villa and the staff is very polite and friendly. The resort has a restaurant where you can enjoy great food, prepared by Maria and her team. The fact that the villas are situated directly beach-front is a big plus, since there are not so many beaches in the area.
We had an amazing stay at syvota seascape. The whole complex is well thought out with the individual villas and apartments well arranged, beautiful flowers and bushes everywhere and tasteful interiors. The view and the beach are also wonderful. We were upgraded to one of the villas with a private pool and enjoyed this very much. The host (Helen) was always helpful and quickly reacted to any requests. There is no breakfast buffet included but they filled the refrigerator and a welcome basket with everything we needed (and even refilled it).
The owner and staff overall is amazing. The rooms and villas are well maintained and staff does a nice job cleaning everyday. The staff is super personable and always helpful if you need something. Everything about the resort is super and top quality, not one negative thing about the resort or staff who work there.
The suite offers exceptional view of the sea and the surrounding area is gorgeous, the pool was just perfect!The villa is brand new and very luxurious equipped with everything you can possibly need on your vocation, we enjoyed so much the peacefulness of this place and the commodity that offers.Vasiliki the host is very welcoming and helpful she made us feel at home❤️
A truly luxurious experience. The villa had all the necessary amenities and was perfectly designed to accommodate 6 people. The sunset views from the pool were a nice surprise, there was parking next to the house, good airconditioning and a fully equiped kitchen. But above all, Eleni who was our contact person for the stay was an absolute GEM. She was extremely helpful during all the steps of our stay and offered us all the extra information we could ever need while being her most polite and caring self. Give her a raise!
