Secure private parking a bonus, although access is quite steep!!! Having a good taverna just a few steps outside is also great. The care and enthusiasm shown by the host was exceptional.

Great vacation property. It is hard to describe the satisfaction with our stay at the property. It was a wonderful experience. This is a small cottage perched on a hillside in the charming mountain village of Tresia, with breathtaking views of Karadmili Bay. The property is what you see in the pictures and more. Very clean, furnished with taste and attention to detail, this is an incredibly charming place. Large bedroom, comfortable mattress, storage space. Very well organized and equipped kitchen with sofa bed. Large bathroom with big enough walk-in shower, static and hand shower, which is rare in Greek hotels - usually there is only a hand shower, which does not have a stand to hang on the wall and is super inconvenient.
The owner is very kind, welcoming and friendly. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a home. Upon arrival, juices, cold water, wine and milk was waiting for us in the fridge, as well as there was crackers on the table in the kitchen. Coffee, water, and other things that are hard for me now to remember and list were provided also.
The view from the terrace is stunning - more than expected and the terrace is perfect for a leisurely morning or afternoon breakfast or even dinner. The silence is so calming, and I'm not sure if I've ever seen so many stars in the sky at night. The sunset is also remebarable.
The village where the house is located is about 5 km away from the main road between Karadamili and Kalamata, 10-15 minutes from Karadamili and 25 minutes from Kalamata. You must be willing to travel to the beaches or nearby villages. The road is winding, but well maintained and nice. The village itself is extremely charming with its cozy stone houses - architecture specific to the region. There are two tavernas in the village which offer amazing local home cooked food and beautiful views.

Lovely spacious house with two large front facing balcony/terraces and a smaller balcony to the side. A great view to the sea from the upper balcony. Balcony furniture including chairs, tables and sunbeds. Air conditioning throughout. Private parking space and good sized kitchen/dining area. Bedrooms were located downstairs, opening onto the lower terrace. The property was located just off the main road, which was not overly busy or disturbing, especially at night. the small tourist village of Agios Nikolaos, with it's lovely harbour and excellent tavernas, was approx 15 minutes walk, mainly flat, either by the road or through olive groves. Pantazi Beach with a couple of beach bars and nice Taverna was similar distance. All in all it was an excellent choice for our stay in the Agios Nikolaos/Stoupa area.

The walk into Stoupa and Kalgoria beach took about 15 minutes.
Spent a week at Manitennis Villas and it was incredible! We were travelling with 3 young children, Niko made everything as easy as possible and went above and beyond to help. The villa is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. The pool and setting is also perfect after beach days at the nearby beautiful waters of Kalogria beach. We didn't want to leave! Fantastic location. Access to Kalogria beach was awesome. The views from the villas were exquisite and unencumbered. Villas are located in an olive grove which adds to the authentic setting. Stavros was an incredible host. Catered to every need and was so helpful with recommendations of best beaches and local restaurants. Villas were spacious, comfortable and a very clean and up to date. Definitely coming back. I'm Greek and this part of Greece is really special and Stoupa is the perfect post card town.
Incredible property in an idyllic pocket of Stoupa - you feel like you’re miles away but in actual fact only a 10 minute walk to the action. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and very spacious, perfect for our little family. What really makes this place special though are the hosts. We ended our 3 week adventure through Greece on a high and it’s thanks to Mythos Villas :-)

This was our 3rd stay at Mythos Villas, because the location, setting and standard of accommodation is perfect. Quiet and tranquil, with everything you would need for the perfect holiday. Stavros and family are perfect hosts.
Beautiful villa with superb views of Stoupa and excellent pool. All villas have their own private pool with sunbeds and towels and are cleaned every morning. The villa has a change of bedding and towels every 3rd day and cleaned 5 🌟 from me.
Beautiful view, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Everything has been thought through in this villa - very comfortable beds, utility room, all utensils you need, large and comfy sofa (rare in holiday villas), large dining table inside and outside. Even small details likes candles outside made the experience even better. And we had the pleasure of eating nectarines from the tree everyday.

The location is quiet and peaceful. The stone villas and surrounding landscaping are very attractive. the villa we stayed in was very clean. The swimming pool is just the right size to dip in and cool off. If you can afford it, get House 6, the luxury villa (It is the one right next to the pool as pictured above). You get living space, kitchen, and toilet on ground floor and a reasonably large bedroom, bathroom, and balcony on the first floor. Finally, you get really nice sea views and overlook the pool.
