Stunning, beautiful family house with amazing views and everything you need and more. Large social front terrace to relax on and take in the views as well as pretty private rear garden with pool. Perfect location just a few minutes walk down into town which has everything you need including great bars and restaurants and a lovely vibe. There are also plenty of lovely beaches in the area and you can hire boats or book trips from the marina. We all said we would definitely come back - we only had 3 nights and didn’t want to leave!

We are a couple who stayed in the ground floor apartment.
A previous reviewer pointed out that this apartment does not have 2 bedrooms. They are correct. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and two single beds in an open plan living room and kitchen.
The layout is unusual but quirky and very pleasant.
A large number of individual touches to the apartment make it cosy and whilst the kitchen and bathroom are on the small side they are functional and the kitchen is well stocked.
The outside space is lovely and there is plenty of outdoor seating.
There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes away and it is slightly further to the delightful harbour area with places to eat and drink.
The owner and her mother were very friendly and helpful.
There are 2 beach areas, each about a 30 minute walk from the apartment (we had no car) where swimming is possible and beach shoes are a good idea.

Beautiful view over the port, comfortable beds and living areas. The owner and his mom were so helpful and responsive. They let us check in early and do a load of washing which helped immensely.

We loved our stay at Homers View Villa it was perfect in every way. Great location, quiet and relaxing yer in easy reach of a lovely village and a great restaurant you can walk to. The villa was stunning,finished to a high standard. We particularly liked the beautiful sea views from the balcony, the pool and its surrounding area where we spent many hours relaxing before setting off to discover the many secluded quiet beaches for swimming and snorkelling. It is a relatively new small house with a nice balcony overlooking the bay of Polis, located near to the village Stavros. The location was good and the views from the balcony were also really nice. The owner was really polite and the communication was perfect.

This is a lovely little complex with a few self-contained apartments in a quiet private location.
Just a short walk to the little village of Stavros which has many dining options.
The room was very clean and spacious and the aircon was good.
The pool would be a nice respite from the heat of summer.

Friendly owners on site for any help.

Olivea is in a great location a few minutes walk into Stavro village which has several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. A 10 minute walk to the beautiful Poli beach
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, checking in with us regularly to ensure we were comfortable
Sophia (host) was lovely. She met us at the venue and showed us to our room. Sophia was always available for any questions etc. The villa was amazing, spacious and cool (we were there when it was 39C+, so was extremely hot every day). The pool was a beautiful spot to relax and cool off. It was really wonderful to have plenty of lounges under shade, to fall asleep on during the heat of the day. The location was also perfect, as it was only a 2 minute drive down to the beach. We would definitely return and recommend Asterida Villas.
Was on the island for a friend’s wedding, and after speaking to some of my other friends / guests it was clear that our accommodation was one of the best in both location, facilities and aesthetic. They say Stavros is the balcony of Ithica, and the view from our villa perfectly captured this.
This was the perfect little haven for my partner and I. The property was modern, well looked after and they really had thought of every detail!! Fresh bread, olive oil, etc on arrival was a lovely touch. The place was extremely clean and they serviced the villa regularly!! The location was superb - close to a small village with restaurants and cafes. I would like to also mention that the owner went above and beyond for us on our last night (where we misplaced our key). We cannot rave about this place enough and will definitely be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pilikas Villas and would definitely stay here again. The villas are very private in a beautiful, peaceful location and the outdoor private pool area is amazing. We didn't want to leave the pool! The host Diana is absolutely lovely and is always readily available if you need anything.
