We liked having 24/7 access to the pool and we weren't missing anything at any time (it even has a dishwasher). The host was easy to contact and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. On her name day, she promised to bring us some home made moussaka and it was delicious. The pool and the house were kept clean. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning works fast and well and the Internet connection is good.

The villa is super close to everything and very quiet neighbourhood . 10 mins away from airport and 15 mins away from the city, grocery stores are 5 mins away.

Amazing property over 3 floors! Lots of space, great rooms with balconies and great to have 3 bathrooms. All the doors and windows are high spec and the property has been designed really well. Incredible decent size deep pool. Great to have a BBQ and pizza oven and the table tennis table was a wonderful bonus. The location is perfect and in easy walking distance to loads of great restaurants, bakery and shops. Close enough to the beach with a quick drive and love that the property is high up for great views and sunrises. Couldn't fault the property and had a great week there having stayed in Skala the week before so could compare the two.

The hospitality was great, we were allowed a late checkout which really helped as our flight back was at night. Also the baby cot and mattress were very comfortable, highchair also.
Plenty of grass, a view to the sea, lovely calm atmosphere.
The location is excellent, lots of beaches nearby and relatively in the center of the island, 45 minutes to Skala, 25 minutes to Argostoli. 10 minutes to 2 large supermarkets and 2 to a small one.
4 taverns 3 minutes by car, and the awesome BOHO cafe where we had breakfast most days.
The apartment was beautiful, clean, VERY spacious, we had 2 large bedrooms (large closets as well) which were great for the baby's naps, a huge living room and a great kitchen though we just used the refrigerator and oven. AC in every rooms.
Also there's a great outdoor dining table and a drying rack.
The pool was very large, warm, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and we had a room really close by so we could relax within range of the baby monitor.
All the guests were very chill, a very relaxing stay.

Choosing Theros Retreat for our holiday in Kefalonia was the best decision we could have ever made. It’s a wonderful location, extremely peaceful and relaxing, with lovely gardens.
Our apartment was very spacious, with a large balcony and the views from this balcony were simply breathtaking, both during the day and at night as well.
Andreas, the host, is simply amazing and we really appreciated the warm welcome, as well as his hospitality and kind support.

The apartment surpassed our expectations. It offers all the amenities you might need for both short and long-term stays, including a fully equipped kitchen, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The hosts provide wonderful hospitality and are very kind people. The location offers easy access to Argostoli and nearby supermarkets, with an excellent butcher and bakery close by. Spartia is a charming village with a small center that includes mini markets and a popular restaurant, which attracts many tourists each evening.
I loved it in Thermanti! Was clean, well equipped and had peace and quiet, had intimacy (stayed in wonderful villa no. 3), close to the beach, shadow from the olives in the garden, truly wonderful! The beach is only a 5 min walk away and is perfect for kids also, transparent and shallow on entrance. The owner was a joy to talk to and super helpful! The whole complex was in bloom (eo June), very well taken care of and same for the villas, was a delight to stay there!
We were extremely happy with the Villa during our stay. Many extras were provided including water, milk, coffee, some small breakfast food and pool towels. The Villa was very well furnished and kept clean throughout our stay. Aris the host met us on arrival, was always available if we needed help and came to see us the day before our departure.

It was unforgivable time in that villa . The owner of property is super kind and helpful man 👍 He organised for us so many things. Villas are located in peasfull area. Beautiful view from our house, nice swimming pool. We renjoyed time here. In the neighbourhood very good restaurant. The villa is equipped in good kitchen staff. The air conditioning works very well. Outside of home is outdoor shower. The owner Dionizos gave us welcome gifts like homemade vine , olive oil and honey. We definitely come back.
Wonderful villa, 5 star quality, sheer luxury. Very tastefully decorated, well equipped and an abundance of storage if you require it. An added bonus was the excellent communication from agent Konstantinos about our stay and could not have been more helpful during it. A truly enjoyable stay.
The location is excellent, so are the premises( swimming pool, view). There were lots of flowers, everything was well taken care of around the villas. We could stay outside, on the porch, admiring the landscape. We could admire the mountains and in between palm trees a bit of the sea.
Loved being able to have a family holiday with all of us together.

Dionysis is really lovely and was very helpful, and always available. the villas are small but very well equipped. Everything we needed was there when we arrived. I will definitely stay again!
