A gorgeous villa on the edge of the hotel complex. The villa has use of the large hotel pool but then you can retire to the peace and quiet of the large villa terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted sea view. The hotel also has a small beach/swimming platform into the sea. the villa itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. The host was really helpful and was quick to sort out any issues. The complex is approx 4km outside of Skala, when e didn't want to drive taxis were only 8 euros each way which the hotel reception were happy to call for us.

A really nice apartment which was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, walking distance to the beach and also very peaceful. Costas was a really great host, very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the wifi the first evening which he fixed straight away. The outside space was lovely, Really nice sized pool and BBQ.

The house is more than a house, it is a home which is glad to welcome its visitors. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable and inviting. The house has 2 terraces and a balcony, practically one for each room. In the morning you can hear roosters singing outside. The living room is very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the washing machine in the bathroom is a spoil. The air conditioners (each room has individual air conditioners) are more than enough, providing the perfect temperature. Regina and Kostas, the owners, are great people who make you feel part of the family. Moreover, the suggestions for the visits, the beaches and the contacts provided are so very welcomed. We've been to many places in Greece but this is by far the best. I LOVE HOUSE KOCHYLI!

Location was amazing. Quiet and secluded away from the hustle and bustle. But only 5min drive to the nearest beach and village. Apartment was very clean. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly with plenty of knowledge about the island and suggestions of where to visit and eat.

On average, a villa in Skala Kefalonias costs £117 per night (based on Booking.com prices).
The taxi from the airport struggled to find the villa as it was called Petersons villas, not Sea View. The pool was great and made all the difference. The villa was lovely and cool, lots of air conditoners, had 3 bathrooms and the bedrooms were roomy. There was plenty of crockery/glasses etc.
It was quiet when we were there as there was no one in the other two villas. It is situated about 2 kms out of central Skala but as we had a car that was not a problem. There are plenty of taxis available if required.
The villa had everything we needed for a holiday and everything was clean with plenty of towels. The pool was lovely to cool off in and the pool man came regularly early in the morning.

Great villa with lovely private pool. Very good hosts who responded very quickly to any questions and requests. Pool cleaned daily. 10 minute walk to town centre/beach - with good taverna and shops. We liked Kaminia beach - short drive away and lovely two restaurants for lunch.
The facilities were great, the private pool had the right size, and despite being very hot outside the temperature within the villa was maintained nicely with intermediate use of air conditioner.
Also the villa is located in a quite area and you can walk to the center of Skala village.
Oh what to say about this DIVINE villa! Mostly that it felt like a luxurious home away from home, comfortable, stylish, well appointed. We lacked for nothing and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Alberi.
Stavros was exceptional - so helpful in arranging car hire, transfers, recommendations for restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa. I recommend hiring a car, although Skala is within walking distance, it’s so much easier with a car.
The property is in a lovely spot overlooking the sea. The pool area is beautiful and the small beach right next to the Villas. It’s in a good location for eating out - but not in the main part of Skala. Possibly taxi required if wanting to eat in Skala - or a 30 minute walk.
Excellent location, near to village centre with plenty of bars and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The pool and gardens were clean and well kept and the hotel staff were lovely. Yianna in Reception was very helpful and Alex and Anna were great at the pool bar. The hotel is 3* and is good by Greek standards. It doesn’t provide luxury toiletries, towels and breakfast but is clean, friendly and centrally located. I would definitely stay here again. 👍
The property is located just off the main Skala to Poros road about 1.5 miles from Skala. Excellent parking. Car recommended but very good taxi service available, about 7 euros one way into Skala town, a seaside town with fantastic restaurants and varied and popular bars. The long beach alongside which the coastal road runs is superb.
It is evident that the owners take great care of the three villas that make up this complex. Each has its own pool in a relatively private and secluded lawned area.
