We were made to feel really welcome with lots of lovely surprises in the fridge, and cake too! Katerina is a fantastic host. Location was great. It is a lovely family home. Lots of restaurants to walk to and beaches (with stones) nearby.

Every bedroom has aircon and its own bathroom which proved to be our favourite feature! The pool is huge and great for swimming in. Maria met us on arrival despite our flight being delayed so nearly midnight. she had baked some food for us and had beer / juice / water / fresh fruit in the villa ready for us which was so lovely. 4 adults and 1 child we had plenty of room. The villa was spotless, and Maria came to clean once, and the pool twice. Maria also cooked moussaka for us one night which was delicious and so thoughtful. We are very familiar with the area and nothing you need is further than a 15 min walk, but also easy to have as a base and explore the island. We are already wanting to book again next year just for longer!

Incredible location. So quiet and peaceful - great refuge after a day out. Hariklia is an amazing host. Very hospitable and attentive. Villa is extremely clean comfortable and spacious. And the pool is incredible. We had a car which is essential to explore the island and its treasures. Some very good tavernas near by in walking distance and also some great quiet beaches.

Very clean air conditioned comfortable villa (1 of 3 Alexandros being closest to pool) with clean, well kept grounds and pool good for cooling down in the July heat. Close to Sami harbour with a good selection of authentic greek bars and restaurants. 20 minute leisurely walk or 7 euros in taxi. Car essential for seeing area. Excellent Antisamos pebble beach 16 minute drive with free sunbeds.

The beautiful pool, the landscaped and gorgeous greenery and flowers, the excellent communication from Emily Villas and Demetri, the still and quiet and amazing views of the mountains. Tea, coffee pods, sugar, washing up liquid, milk, wine and fruit all there on our arrival.
It’s a beautiful set of villas, that are very well kitted out, with stunning views and very friendly and helpful staff. The grounds are very well manicured and it felt very safe with good security in place. The pool was a nice temperature too and all of the outdoor furniture was high and quality. They are very well located to access all of lovely Kefalonia!
We had an excellent stay at the Ariti villa at Penelope villas. The photos really do not do justice to how beautiful the villa, pool, garden and surrounding mountains are. The villa is really spacious, we had everything we could have needed and found the location perfect, being an easy walk into Sami and perfect location to explore the whole island in our hire car. Panos our host who met us and helped throughout was brilliant, super helpful and friendly and we really could not fault our stay. Hope to come again soon.
