The house is more than a house, it is a home which is glad to welcome its visitors. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable and inviting. The house has 2 terraces and a balcony, practically one for each room. In the morning you can hear roosters singing outside. The living room is very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the washing machine in the bathroom is a spoil. The air conditioners (each room has individual air conditioners) are more than enough, providing the perfect temperature. Regina and Kostas, the owners, are great people who make you feel part of the family. Moreover, the suggestions for the visits, the beaches and the contacts provided are so very welcomed. We've been to many places in Greece but this is by far the best. I LOVE HOUSE KOCHYLI!

A gorgeous villa on the edge of the hotel complex. The villa has use of the large hotel pool but then you can retire to the peace and quiet of the large villa terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted sea view. The hotel also has a small beach/swimming platform into the sea. the villa itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. The host was really helpful and was quick to sort out any issues. The complex is approx 4km outside of Skala, when e didn't want to drive taxis were only 8 euros each way which the hotel reception were happy to call for us.

Location was amazing. Quiet and secluded away from the hustle and bustle. But only 5min drive to the nearest beach and village. Apartment was very clean. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly with plenty of knowledge about the island and suggestions of where to visit and eat.

Incredible location. So quiet and peaceful - great refuge after a day out. Hariklia is an amazing host. Very hospitable and attentive. Villa is extremely clean comfortable and spacious. And the pool is incredible. We had a car which is essential to explore the island and its treasures. Some very good tavernas near by in walking distance and also some great quiet beaches.

We had an amazing seven-day stay here! The pool has an incredible view, and the shower was wonderfully powerful. The bed was spotless and so comfy. Katerina greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa, and shared her favorite restaurants. Every few days, a lovely cleaning lady brought us fresh towels, and the pool was cleaned twice. Just a heads up: don't set the air conditioning too high, as we made ourselves a bit sick. Katerina was so thoughtful and even offered to get us a doctor, We felt very secure and at home here.
An amazing vacation with the family in an amazing house that meets all expectations and beyond, a very high level of hospitality, the house has everything you need, an amazing view of the sea and the island of Zakynthos in the background, a large and stunning private pool, 5 minutes drive to Skala, waking up simply in a dream, I say this with full confidence There is no better choice on the whole island, wonderful hosts who give the feeling of kings who are available at any hour, thank you for everything.
