"Endless view" i the perfect way to describe this apartment, and what a view it is!!! We spent a number of hours on the balcony, just enjoying the view of the boats and people-watching. The location is very convenient, in the heart of all the action. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area to choose from, and the ferry to the mainland is also close by. The host was very flexible with our check-in time, and was happy to accommodate my last-minute request to check in 4 hours earlier than anticipated. Highly recommend this apartment!

There is simply too much to list... If you're looking for the perfect private getaway, this is the place. We stayed for 4 days and only heard two aircraft. There is a steady flow of tourist scooter and ATV traffic for the pirate cave, but after a few quick pics, they soon leave.

Wonderful location and walkable from the ferry. Beautiful, modern and clean apartment. Owner was so helpful and nice. She suggested some beaches for us and offered us beach towels when we arrived. So nice since we were early for checkin and needed to have a way to spend the day. Highly recommend!

The Aegean Villas are very comfortable and clean. They are in a fairly quiet location that is only a 5 minute taxi ride from the main port in Poros. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. After we checked-in, our host, Babis, dropped by to say hi and tell us about some of the great restaurants and cafes in the area. The pool area is terrific and is kept immaculately clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good for swimming but we still enjoyed our stay.
The Villas are in a quiet area, close to the sea and restaurants. There are a bakery and a small supermarket only a few steps away, ideal for breakfast, snack or to cook something in your accommodation. The pool has plenty of sunbeams and parasols and the grounds are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Beautiful villas in stunning location, a great base to explore Poros, or just do as we did and stay within walking distance….enjoying local beaches and restaurants, then getting little water ferries to local beaches or Poros town for a change of scene. We loved the fact that this is a very authentically greek spot…almost devoid of foreign tourists. Babis was so very helpful, as were rest of staff….all quite delightful.
Babis was fantastic. He greeted us with the keys and told us all the great places to go in the area. He was a great host! We loved the villa and private pool. The beach view was gorgeous with the taxi ferry to take you to town just outside the door. The restaurant next door had great food and live music. The cafe on the corner served great breakfast and coffee. It was a perfect 5 days on the mediterranean with a wonderful taste of the locals and their culture!
Kostis Villas is excellent for accommodation, in a good position in relation to the city, the beach and all facilities. The host is always present if something is needed and very helpful.
All the important things were right, the beds were excellent, the shower was great & all the facilities were clean & in good condition.
Babis & his staff were fantastic, always helpful, knew everything & everyone, giving us great tips & advice.
Just got home feeling fabulously refreshed & would recommend Aegean Villas to anyone
Aegean Villas has a great location at a nice little beach at 2 km from the harbor and has a fantastic view. You can swim in the sea and in the big beautiful swimming pool. The apartment was spacious, and has 2 AC’s. One of the best beds we had in 3 weeks of Greece. There’s a nice coffee and breakfast shop next door, a few restaurants and a kiosk. The people do more than expected to make your stay a pleasant one.
The villa was exactly as it appeared on the website photos. Babis the manager and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are 3 or 4 good restaurants and a superarket very close to property and Poros town centre is a 20 minute walk away or €5 taxi ride. Would highly recomend Agean Villas.
