This was a truly charming stay! The house itself is an individual property nestled among other buildings, with a gorgeous door and entrance that immediately catch your eye. It's an old house that has been beautifully renovated, and the high ceilings create a sense of spaciousness, making it feel much larger than it is. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need, and the decoration is tasteful and inviting. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the beachfront, offering beautiful views and easy access to the shore. A wonderful place to stay!

- The pool is amazing. We visited Athens in January, and a warm bath at the end of the day was priceless. The pool can be heated at desired temperature.
- Two large bedrooms plus a third one at third floor. Bed were comfortable and clean. Two bathrooms with a shower each. Nice living room with sofas, TV’s and music speaker. Functional kitchen with the essentials and a large fridge.
- Four A/C splits perfectly working.
- Clean!
- All the towels you may need.
- Very convenient location, in front of the M2 subway, and close to several minimarkets, coffee shops and restaurants.
- The host was incredibly kind, and allowed us a late checkout, which made a big difference for the quality of our last day in Athens.

We wanted something close to the port. This was actually pretty good considering the cheap price. Staff were nice as well. If it’s luxury you’re after this isn’t the spot for you but if you want something clean and comfortable for one night close to the port this is perfect
Great value for money. The staff is very helpful and the hotel has all you can expect for the price you pay. Of course it is not luxury, but we did not miss anything.
Comfortable and clean luxury. The bed was incredible - so big! Loved the lush bathroom too. Perfect location for an early morning ferry, took 3 minutes walk. Also Yiannis at the front desk was fantastic. Thank you!
The place was spotless, a nice outdoor terrace, luxurious bathroom, well equipped kitchenette, very spacious room, you can use the laundry there and there is complimentary coffee and tea.
The cleaning staff were very attentive and friendly.
It is close to public transport and there is a weekly market right outside the door where you can buy fresh produce.
It is an amazing hotel, close to the sea, and it is just like it's name, luxurious little heaven. The owner is extremely kind and replies quickly. I loved my stay here and I will definitely be back! Totally recommend.

Classy little villa in suburban Pireaus. Clean, cool, with plenty of space. AC, full kitchen, large bathroom, and washing machine. Suburban cafes and supermarket nearby.
The apartment is perfect! The most luxurious we have ever visited. Also the price is fair and could be a lot higher to be honest. If you want to enjoy total luxury in a very nice area this is for you!
