Perdika is a great village destination. Close to Aegina Town it has several excellent restaurants by the water . The comfortable apartment was only 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and cafes . The position of the apartment is wonderful with great sea views . The access to the apartment is via an external spiral staircase so anyone with limited mobility or very large luggage may find this difficult but the photos show the stairs very clearly . We would stay here again .
Lovely place in a pretty village. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and promenade. In the evening we could stroll to the lovely restaurants with great views by the sea. Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. No issues parking. We would love to return!
Our stay at the hotel was delightful. The location near the sea provided stunning views and easy beach access, and the quiet area made for a peaceful retreat. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. Free parking added convenience, and the clean, well-maintained swimming pool was a great place to relax. Having a supermarket right across the street was also very handy.
The villa is stunning as is the view. Maybe a slightly more detailed map on finding it would help but once we were there the hosts were great and a holiday one to remember forever
We couldn't have asked for anything more than what Thea Villas and Kostas offered us. His amazing energy and will to make us feel comfortable, along with an exceptionally designed villa with an utterly breathtaking view, offered us the best vacation in a very long time. Stunning hotel. Beautiful pool and facilities including spa and tennis court. Rooms were very clean and staff were brilliant, very helpful and attentive. Great beach bar near the private beach with lovely easy access to the sea. Easy taxi into Aegina town but felt like a luxurious retreat.
The view was spectacular! Nice pool for the kids. I have visited the island many times over the last 30 years. You will not find a better spot to watch the sunset. The cost is comparable to other villas I have stayed at. Our locally rented small car had no problem reaching the property. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond to any requests we had.
