I would give 11 but is not possible. Very clean, quiet, very well equipped (from iron to washing machine, cofee maker, sandwich maker, etc). Very close to a lot of beaches: Elafonisi, White Lake, Kedrodasos, Voulolimni. Best accommodation i ever had in Crete. Thanks a lot, Emma. Hope see you soon!

The Vila was wonderful! Our hosts left us sweets, drinks, mineral water and a wonderful pool! Everything was exceptional - the room sizes, the dining area, the kitchen, the location and the pool were just amazing. The yard, the garden and everything else was just amazing. For clarification the Vila has one bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet accessible through the dining room and the kitchen. The two bedrooms are large enough for 4 people each. The living room has a sofa suitable for a single person but not for a couple.

We liked the location in an isolated part of Crete but a short drive to an amazing beach (Elafonisi). The house is airy, with nice sunsets and the sound of cicadas in the olive trees. Very relaxing. The wifi worked fine and the kitchen had what we needed.

Mike is awesome - he met us to show us around and offered us raki with cheese pie and honey - yum! The house was clean, well stocked and super nice. If you’re hiking the Samaria Gorge and have a car it’s the PERFECT place to stay.

What a beautiful and special villa! Set on a hill side overlooking the sea, this property did not disappoint! Clean and modern. The accommodations were excellent and even more amazing in person. Lots of hiking and easy access to the to the beach. We truly loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. This is the perfect place for someone looking for a quiet secluded vacation spot. It is low key and relaxing. The food at the nearby taverna was EXCELLENT!! The staff was very friendly.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with a real touch of luxury to the finish in all aspects. Extremely good facilities and provision with lots of lovely little touches including some wonderful welcome extras from the family bakery.

The location of the villas is outstanding - just 300m from sand and stone beaches that were not really crowded in the end of September. The place is a modern, cozy, well-equipped with everything you need for your comfortable stay. The owner Katerina was super sweet and helpful. My wife an I will definitely have the best memories because of this place. We would definitely come back here again.
Very comfortable apartment with very friendly hosts on the beachfront, just few minutes away from the center of the village, with nice restaurants right outside the door.
The villas are out of this world, both in location and comfort. The walk down the Anidri Canyon to the beach is incredible, and coming back up is a very efficient work out! Everything is immaculate and super functional in the property, the terrasse at night is perfect for star gazing. You need a car to get form and to the property, a 10 minutes drive in the mountains from Paleochora.
