Such a perfect spot, with a view of the mountains, surrounded by flocks of sheep with bells clanging, close to the start of the Samaria Gorge hike. The mist covering the valley early morning was a sight to behold. The cottage has everything you need, with lots of seating outside to enjoy the peace and quiet.
The hosts were very responsive and welcoming and left lots of goodies to enjoy.

Lovely, helpful, friendly hosts, who try their best for their customers. From this town we went to Pachnes, the room had not been reserved on the climbing days. The hosts offered to leave our bags when we returned, the room was cleaned and we stayed another night.
We recommend it to everyone who wants to admire the incredibly beautiful view of the mountains and feel the peace of this town. It has no shops or attractions. But it has three pubs and a road through valleys and mountains towards Pachnes. The bar, which is located to the right of the town statue, is staffed by a very friendly bar owner, who also cooks delicious food. If you decide to enjoy nature and stay in these apartments, visit this Cretan bar

Beautiful and well organized house and garden. Great view from the balcony and possibilities for staying outside by the pool in the shadow during the whole day. As we travelled with our 7 month baby we spend a good deal of our time in the house so it meant a lot to us to have a great location to stay at.

Very beautifuly furnished and designed house, beds are very comfortable and the outside space is also very nice. On top it was a great place to be with young children, everything was provided.
We loved the ‚village‘-character of the sourrounding and everything you need is very close, food, good coffee, pharmacy and the beach :)
Efi the host was most helpful, had amazing tips for us for beaches and very good restaurants.

Very kind and friendly host. He had amazing playground for kid with small kid house, trampoline, and own small garden with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, watermelons and melons.
The house is great: comfortable beds, pillows, fully equipped kitchen, a baby coat and chair.

Very comfortable house and outside area, amazing pool, view of the garden, comfy outdoor furniture. Comfortable bed and bathroom, large well equipped kitchen, spacious. In and outside you will have everything you need and more.
The owner lives upstairs and there are neighboring houses, but these live on/are oriented on the other side of the buildings which ensures plenty of privacy.
Amazing tips from the owner for things to do and places to eat in the area, the owner also spoiled us with home made delicious treats and was very responsive to our questions.

Very good value for money, clean apartment with a very nice pool that can be closed in case of bad weather. If you want to stay in the mountains after a hike would recommend to stay at Omalos Village.
The situation of the house is together with two other on the edge of the mountain surrounded Omalos Plateau. The site is shared with a second property within a secured perimeter. Many walks and drives can be undertaken from the property. There are three Tavernas situated in the small village of Omalos.
Everything the villa has everything you may want. Just be aware there are no supermarkets near by so bring food with you and some cards to enjoy the fresh evenings.

The villas are awsome, very well equipped, surrounded by nature and sheeps. The inside is traditional though very nice. The site photos are actually not giving it credit. The pool is great and hot. The owner is very available and is right next door in his taverna which has delicious food as well.
The villas located in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains with tons of hiking routes, and close to Samaria Gorge trailhead.
Super helpful and responsive stuff, they helped us with luggage transfer, food for the tracking and even gave us a ride to the beginning of the trail.
The house was super clean and equipped, the pool is nice to relax in the evening after hiking.
The place has a restaurant that serves tasty home made food.
