The house is great. There is a lot of space for the baby to play inside. The terrace is big and comfortable. The rooms and beds are nice, there is plenty of hot water :) The kitchen has everything we need. Also the hosts were very polite and responded quickly.

That was the perfect family vacation! There was everything we need for the comfortable rest there, and the location was good. The supermarket is just around the corner, and it even worked on Sunday. The beach is 2-3 min away. All restaurants were near as well.
The BBQ zone in the yard was well-equipped. The pool was available even earlier than it's said in the villa's listing.

Wonderful, clean and nicely furnished apartment in the heart of Nea Iraklitsa. Very well situated, close to the center and the beach. The host is so nice and friendly too. We'd visit this place at first chance for sure.

We had a great time in the house, looks just like on the pictures! The view from the terrace is excellent. The house is very big and perfectly equipped! Everything was very clean and well maintained! Katerina is the most kind and friendly host I’ve ever met! The place is perfect for families or big companies. There is a lot of place in the house so you can have different activities. If you want to relax Villa Mariellie is the right place. We will definitely come back again
The property is well located, at walking distance from the village beach, while far enough to allow for a peaceful stay. The host was there upon arrival to show us in. The apartment had enough space for the kids, well furnished and clean.

The beach is also 5 minutes away (though we preferred ammolofoi)

erything was perfect. The villa is located in an extremely beautiful and quiet place, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The rooms are big enough, there are all the amenities, even to prepare food there. Cleanliness is at a very high level, for 5 nights our bed linen and towels were changed. The hosts were available all the time and constantly took care of the order and cleanliness in the common spaces of the yard, very responsive and smiling people. We will definitely be back next year.
The host was very kind. He gave us a lot of information about the village, restaurants, drugstores, bakeries, nearby attractions…

Our host is a very nice and helpful person. We met at the established hour and check-in earlier. The villa looks exactly how it is presented in photos and the facilities are even better. The only problem, for a family of 4 or 5 persons could be that there is only one bathroom for the entire group, but with a little patience, it didn't bothered us too much. The view from the terrace is astonishing, especially in the evening.
The villas are great - clean and tidy! Top location in Nea Paramos - 15min walking distance away from the busy and noisy street with all the restaurants at really calm and quiet neighborhood. There is a big parking and cantina right across the street where the hosts offer coffee, breakfast etc.
The hosts are really nice and friendly, they helped us with all of our questions, recommended us some great taverns and made our stay a real pleasure.
The property is also pet friendly - a big advantage for all dog lovers!
I went to many villas in Greece but this one was amazing. Full sea view (so we stayed a lot on the terrace), full equipement of the kitchen (dishwasher) and comfortable bedrooms. The owner Tonia is so nice and she speaks english. She lefts us coffee, sugar, spices, coal for the bbq, wine, cookies....i would definately go again. It says 550m from the beach but it takes 5 min to walk there. I was thinking it will be longer.
Mad's villas offer cosy, comfortable appartaments in a very quiet area, but not too far from the main street. Hosts were extremely nice and made you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and visit again.
Bonus for people travelling with dogs, great place with a lot of running space in front of the villas.
