Property is relatively new, and owners are there every day making sure that guests have everything they need. It is personal approach to every guest, and seems that they are preparing it as for themselves. Very clean, new and nice smelling pillows, guaranteed well rest. The apartment is absolutely stunning and you can see all the love that was put into perfecting every small detail. Allot of it was done by hand by the amazing host who was so kind and helpful and even showed my husband how to make some of the decor.
All the facilities were brand new, and the apartment has so much cutlery, plates and everything you could possibly need for cooking for yourself.
Also, the owner sent us his recommendation for restaurants in the area that all turned up to be really great.
Although the style of the decor is antique, tv, lights, sound system were all very high tech.
Loved seating on the balcony in front of the apartment.

Communication prior to arrival was excellent. We had them setup a taxi ride (25 euro) which was waiting near the airport. We met Joan when we arrived. She had drinks and food (sandwiches/snacks) all set up in our room. The room is really an apartment in the lower level of her house. Feels like staying with family.

George is very kind person, he was very hospitable and generous. He treated us with great kindness. We recommend every family with children to try staying at Villa George. The place is quiet and close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets there. It was a great vacation by all standards 🤩
Spacious, beachfront apartment with kitchen, bathroom. Everything was clean and functioning. The price was reasonable for an apartment on the beach. The hotel owner/staff were very helpful with requests. When we couldn't get a taxi, one of the staff took us to our next destination for a modest fee.

The location is great: nice beach bars and restaurants just outside the front door. Great for an extra night on the mainland and much more pleasant than staying in Rafina.

The place is beautiful, well located, and has everything you need. Chris and Silvia are amazing hosts, very warm hearted and always around when you need them. The garden is a green oasis and you can feel the love and care they put in this place. Can highly recommend Villa Verde! :)
We had an amazing stay, it's a home away from home! Superb apartment, impeccably clean and cozy, very near to the beachfront. Fantastic garden and a dedicated car space.

The entire villa was a dream to spend time in, the host was extremely caring and really went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She considered our family and stocked the fridge with bread cheese and water. The villas location was extremely scenic and the pool was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ira, the host was always contactable and sent us a bunch of recommendations via Whatsap. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
George is an absolutely gracious and helpful host. Some of his villas have exceptional views of the countryside. There are wonderful restaurants nearby and the beach is about a twenty-minute stroll to the beach. Nea Makris has plenty of shops and grocery stores available too. We would stay here again.
