Everything was great! The area where the villa is located is very nice, quiet. the house is cosy. the garden is amazing and the pool is well sized, clean and fits very well into the whole design of the property. Excellent host, great references for everything of interest to us (restaurants, grocery store etc.)

House is ,I think, about 150m above see level, so the sun its not that hot like on the beach.. big ceiling ventilator with remote control on the terace its great thing... the garden and the lawn are beautiful.. the barbecue set is great.. the seating set on the terace is very comfortable.. ther is four climatic unit in the house and thats excellent.. one is in a living room, one is in the hallway up stairs and cover bathroom and two sleeping room, one is in the separate room up stairs and one is in the sleeping room on the groun floor.. refrigerator its big and work fine.. Pleasant place for vacation..

The villa was very clean and the host was super kind and thoughtful. She responded quickly and provided clear instructions. It had all the things we needed on our travel. We also had free parking in front of the villa and we were at walking distance from everything that we were interested in.
The terrace was quite a nice place to spend your evenings.
As there are very few places to stay in Nea Fokea, I really think this was the best place to be for 2 couples.
This villa has everything. It is inside of silence town. Villa is very clean, air conditions are good. It has own carparking area. Fruit trees are in garden and there is barbecu. Internet is supporting by Starlink. Owner of this villa is very kind and polite man.
The property was on a great location. It had a great pool and sports area behind the villa itself. It has a wonderful backyard where you can stay with friends/family and you can also do barbecue.
The host was the best, a very kind and helpful person. The house is situated near the beaches, it is a quiet city but a very lovely one. Perfect for families and kids. The villa was clean , comfy and spatious for a group of 4 adults and 3 kids.

We had a wonderful time staying in this villa. The owners are very kind, the villa was spotless and the pool was also very clean 🫧 We left with joyful and happy memories. If you want to book this villa, you won't regret it. It's really exceptional 🤩
It was a wonderful stay! The renter were really nice and pampered us almost daily with little delicacies (fresh figs, cakes,...). The villa is located about 2 minutes by car above Nea Fokea (wonderful view!) and has a huge garden. We felt completely at home.
I visited Family Apartament Zornitsa for the second time. Everything was perfect, the apartment was fully equipped with all you need and the hosts were very helpful.Location is great as well, only few minutes walking distance from the beach and the center of the village, where all restaurants are located. Definitely staying there next year again!
Very nice and comfy villa. The pool is excellent, almost private pool. "Chilka" beach is very close, near a public beach. Very good pillows and beds. Nicely decorated, traditional and also modern. The host, George, always available to answer our questions.
