The villa is 20 metres from the beach and has an amazing view on the Aegean Sea. The kitchen is outside and a meal or even a simple coffee outside is unbelievable. Last but not least, the beach was pretty empty even in July.
And Konstantinos, the owner, was extremely helpful.

Beautiful, peaceful location right on seafront. Owner very attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Small, quiet village but has restaurants and small shops. Great base for exploring the area by car.

The villa is perfect for families, with excellent kitchen facilities. There is everything you may need - dish washer, mixer, coffee machine, oven, aspirator, big refrigerator, barbeque, 2 modern bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with double + single beds) and Wi Fi internet. In the living room on the second floor there is a sofa bed. The garden is beautiful and quiеt, with direct view of the see.
The Host is very kind and responsive.
There is enough place for 2 cars in the private yard.
Great location. The beach is across the road. Free beach facilities. Not a luxurious room, more basic but enough if you are out most of the time. Ours was two separate rooms with double bed each, separate bathroom/WC and a small balcony with table for three. Friendly staff but we had no issues at all.
The property is very clean and modern with all the necessary facilities available, it is located in a beautiful village with lots of nice people, the it is surrounded by great restaurants for a quick bite and also a market opposite of the building, the view is amazing and the beach is literally two steps away, will definitely stay again in the future :)
