We chose it for its location and the nature reserve that it borders. The house itself was spacious and characterful. It was kitted out with everything that you may need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The villa is just wonderful! It is situated really next to the ocean and everything is just amazing: the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is big, the living room is cozy and the outdoor area is wonderful! There really was nothing we needed and didn‘t find! The kids enjoyed the garden with the trampoline and football-goals and also found a lot of games in the living-room.
Alexandra is such a wonderful host! She greeted us with a homecooked meal, had little surprises for the kids ready and made sure everything was just perfect! One day we came home after an amazing day in Olympia to find a delicious cake in the fridge!
We spent wonderful ten days here and would come back in a heartbeat.

This post does not allege misrepresentation, but rather aims to clear up some glaring omissions.
The house is nice, spacious and very clean. The decor is quirky at best, and it looks like it relied heavily on donations from grandma and auntie.
The graden is beautiful and well-tended, it has a bunch of herbs, lemons and figs.
Set in Kamenitsotaíika, 49 km from Patras Port and 50 km from Psila Alonia Square, Villa Anastasia! in STROFYLIA pine FOREST!!! offers a private beach area and air conditioning.

The reception was filled with unexpected emotions, not particularly positive.
Despite the timing of our arrival we specified, no one was waiting for us at the house. A voicemail with information in Greek was activated on the phone specified in the reservation. We had to bother the neighbors to call a representative of the host /an acquaintance of his, not himself!/ to open the house for us and "take us into possession".
The second bathroom with toilet turned out to be adjacent to one of the 4 bedrooms, with a separate entrance just for them. It turned out that there was a construction problem in the bedroom in question, which the host did not fix, but decided that he could lock them and thus solve the problem. This of course turned out to be a huge obstacle for us, a group of 7, with a 4 night stay in. The second bathroom with a toilet was extremely necessary. I would like to mention that there was a month from the day of booking until our arrival.
After our insistence, the host's representative cleaned and provided us with the second bathroom and toilet the next day. The bedrooms are listed as 5 but are actually 4 plus two sofa beds that do not extend.
Otherwise, the yard is wonderful - with a barbecue and the location of the house is incredibly close to a gorgeous beach.
In conclusion, I would recommend hosts to be more demanding about the services they offer, providing their guests with what they described in the offer.
Apart from the aforementioned mishaps at the reception, everything else was wonderful.
